Hi,
Lodha in Mumbai is building a huge project in Mumbai called Palava City. As part of phase 2, Lodha is leasing the land to its subsidiary Lodha Hi-Rise for 99 years. All flatowners therefore will not be owners of the land.
In the terms, Lodha clearly states that after 99 years, the subsidiary (or the association) will be paying 50% of the market land rate for extending.
My question is - is this the norm? What happens to the flat owners after 99 years. do they really have to pay 50% of the appropriated land cost after 99 years?
Hi all,
My query is this... can a person file a suit for recovery of an outstanding amount under a contract after six years of expiry of that contract?
How the limitation period is calculated? When it starts and End.
Please give me reference of proper provisions of laws.
Regards
Priyanka

Respected all members,
If someone has made fake pan card of someone by making fake driving license (the copy of license was typed in a CA's office and that CA has also made fake stamp of ministry issuing driving license. He has used that stamp on the DL paper to make it look like government authorised). I want to know What is the treatment of this offense in the eye of law??

Now bank officers are telling that they will take the possetion of flat and auction it and sell it. My freined is ready to pay the money with intrest and he needs some time but bank is not ready to wait. Please provide the advice for below queries.
1)Whether bank has to file the civil case for posseton in court to take the possetion or they can directly do this. Also for auction whether bank needs to approch court.
2)Before take the action by Bank whether my friend can approcah court and take the stay. Is there any chances to get the stay.

Dear experts... plaintiff and defendant were living adjacent to each other. and both got into intimacy of love and when the defendant promised with the plaintiff to get marry with her the plaintiff given consent for sexual intercourse and out of that relationship the plaintiff became pregnant but then the defendant refused to marry with her. then the plaintiff had lodged a complaint with the p.s.o. and the crime was registered u\s 376. during the investigation the p.s.o. obtained the D.N.A. samples and sent for analysis. the defendant was arrested and released on bail. now the baby is born and the D.N.A. report is also match but the defendant refusing to get marry with the plaintiff. And now he is going to get marry with some another girl. In that situation the plaintiff has filed a suit for mandatory injunction directing defendant not to marry with other girl except plaintiff and T.I. also sought. But at the time of hearing the court has raised a question that why a specific performance of contract was not filed and in absence no such injunction is granted. the plaintiff and defendant are Hindus and there relationship was not a contract again the they were not cohabited so there were not a live in relationship also. in that situation how a suit for mandatory injunction be made maintainable..... please suggest me if any case law and relating provisions... The lady and myself would be obliged to you........

Kindly suggest solution with rules and sections/provisions as per Bonus Act and Andhra Pradesh Labour Welfare fund Act for my query at earliest.
Query on statutory bonus payment. :As per the payment of statutory bonus act, employer has to pay bonus to separated employees also. But what employer is supposed to do when ex-employees are not traceable or not available to collect the bonus amount.
1.Should it deposit to Labour Welfare Department?
2.How long we can keep the amount in our books?
3.Any rules/ notifications available for these issues?
Looking forward for your response.
