Outsourcing

Hello Sir / Madam,

Am writing to know and get an opinion about a project, basically outsourcing their customer service to India, which is being expected to get outsourced to one of my friend. This project is sent from one of a international company. It appears that the product / service that the international company is offering to its customers is legal there in their country, however offering the same is illegal in India. However we are not doing the actual business as they do to their customers but supporting the questions from their customers. Will it affect in any way.. Looking forward to hear back and a valuable advise.

Waiving of cost imposed

Dear experts,
I hv an injunction suit (on property )pending wherein terms of settlement have been drawn out between me (plaintiff) and defendant and they are pending compliance. With change of presiding officer (civil judge only), a misunderstanding causing adjournment arose because of which cost was imposed on me for which I hv already given my application u/s 151 of cpc for waiving it since my grounds are justified. If it is allowed then ok, but if my application is dismissed, then do I
Question 1) AppeaL before ADJ or DJ
Question 2) Under which provision of cpc do I appeal
Question 3) Any other option I have
Question 4) How much is allowed to appeal as per cpc.
Please give your expert advice .
Thank you

Lok adalat compramised

the case has been registered in the year 2004 for title declaration and permanent injunction which was compromised by the parties in the year 2013.the suit land is ancestral property .
the said land was registered in the year 1965 to joint holders who are died and which was not mutated in the records after 11 years only one of purchaser name was mutated.now the legal hairs of the purchasers had filed the case against witness and son of witness who are the seller's son(RESPONDENT1) and grand son(RESPONDENT2) .IN THIS CASE JOINT PURCHASERS , SELLER AND WITNESS ARE DIED EXCEPT ONE WITNESS (i.e RESPONDENT1).
Q1.IN THE YEAR 2002 THE RESPONDENT1 ALONG WHITH HIS FOUR CHILDREN MADE AN AGREEMENT TO THE THIRD PARTY "POSSESSORY AGREEMENT OF SALE" WHICH WAS NOT REGISTERED AS THEY DOES NOT KNOW THE FACT OF REGISTERED SALE DEED EXECUTED IN THE YEAR 1965 BY THE FATHER OF RESPONDENT1 AND AT THAT TIME RESPONDENT1 IS THE MINOR (RESPONDENT1 IS THE WITNESS )AND THEY GOT PATTADAR PASSBOOK IN THE YEAR 2001 AND PART OF THE SUIT LAND MUTATED AFTER THE DEATH OF THE FATHER OF RESPONDENT1.
Q1. THE THIRD PARTY HAS ANY RIGHT TO FILE THE SPECIFIC PERFORMANCE FOR REGISTER THE SUIT LAND IN FAVOUR OF THE THIRD PARTY AFTER LONG TIME WHO ARE NOT THE PARTIES IN THE PREVIOUS CASE IN THE YEAR 2004 WHICH WAS COMPROMISED IN THE LOKADALAT .
Q2.AT PRESENT WHAT LEGAL STEPS HAVE TO BE TAKEN BY THE THIRD PARTY.
PLS GIVE ME THE SUGGESTION .
THANK YOU SIR.

Lok adalat compramised

the case was compromised in the lokadalat in the year 2013. petitioners, legal heirs of purchasers filed the case in the year 2004 with the old registered document in which sellers , purchasers and witnesses are died except one witness who is the seller's son is the witness in the old (30 years back about 1965 document) registered document .the property is ancestral property of the witness (great grand fathers property)and he is the minor at the time of sell as his witness taken as thumb impression.
1.the seller's family(has four children) sold the property to the third party in the year 2002.actually they does not know about the old document and they have pattadhar passbook and revenue records.
2. the legal hairs of the purchasers filed the case in the year 2004 (title declaration and permanent injunction suit )against the witness and his elder son as two defendents not included other family members and compromised in the hon'ble lokadhalat court.during the pendency of the suit the petitioners sold the property to another party.
3.the bonafide purchasers(THIRD PARTY) of the said land in the year 2002 has "possessory agrement of sale document" which was executed by the all the family menbers(ANCESTORS OF LAND ,witness and four children).
Q1.CAN WE(THIRD PARTY) FILE THE CASE FOR SPECIFIC PERFORMANCE TO REGISTER THE SUIT LAND AGAINST THE FAMILY MEMBERS AND OTHERS(PETITIONERS AND RESPONDENTS OF LOKADALAT COMPROMISED SUIT).
Q2.NOW THE ONLY WITNESS OF OLD DOCUMENT SAYING THAT THE OLD DOCUMENT THUMB IMPRESSION IS NOT MINE.AFTER THE LOKADALATH COMPROMISE ,HE HAS ANY RIGHT TO CHALLENGE HIS THUMB IMPRESSION IN OTHER NEW SUIT.

498a & anticipatory bail

Experts pl opine

a wife twice put up 498a in the past in last 7 years & latest case has been compromised. But before compromise the HC granted anticipatory bail for not to arrest during 498a investigation to SHO.

After a year of compromise, the same wife for some reasons threatening to sucicide & under pyschiatry treatment through her mother's mediation.

Can husband apply now for Anticipatory Bail (AB) looking her past history of habitual complainers behaviour & current situation.

1) Does HC admits the AB petition for suicide threat or real suicide?
2) If yes is there a possibility of husband & his parents to get the AB like in the past?

Gift settlement deed

Dear Sirs,

My father has executed registered gift settlement deed stating that my father's self acquired residential property which is my native should be divided in to two between me and my brother after the life time of my parents by holding limited rights on the property in 2012

After executing the gift settlement deed , my brother who was staying my fathers house has vacated and shifted to a rental house, due to my father's health conditions and since my brother was not treating my parents they have shifted to Bangalore, where I am staying.

since the house at my native is currently vacant by brother is trying to occupy the house .Now my queries are

1. Whether my father can revoke the Gift settlement deed, since the ownership has not yet transfered.
2. What is the resource my father will have if my brother occupies the house.
