In brief, my son's case is:
My son got married in 2012 and then went to New Zealand to continue his job. But his wife wanted to go back to India. So she mentally harassed him and threatened him she would commit suicide or go for abortion. Unable to bare the torture, my son has decided to move back to India after few months. Even after coming to India she continued to torture my son and our whole family. She harassed the family by fighting with us on trivial matters and always threatened us on different things like committing suicide, filing false allegations on us or spoiling our image by projecting wrong stories at media. After a few months they started to live separately. But her harassment is still continuing. She doesnot even make food or take care of the baby. My son's health is deteriorating because of this nuisance. His career is also getting effected.
Can my son file for divorce. On what grounds can he do that. What evidence is required to support his case.
With your experience can you please caution us on what kind of things we might face, like for how long the divorce process takes and what kind of problems we might get into.
How does the alimony work. My son has no property on his name. All the property is on my name or my wife's name. In case a divorce is granted would she have right on our property.
Please let me know if you need any additional details.
Thank you for your help and time.
plz provide me a deep knowledge.

Sir. I want a judgment that, judgment of the civil courts prevails over revenue courts. More over my second query is that, we have file civil suit for deceleration and permanent injunction. in the said suit we have taken the plea of adverse possession we have certain receipts of tax which had been paid by us and the affidavits of other farmers who are so closed to questioned property. the main problem is that, we have not any kind of title only one receipt of payment which also not registered but we have the possession over the land for last 20 years. In that circumstances court can grant injunction in our clients favor? i have one judgment of S.C. 2004 air-scw-4205. Can i have another judgments or any advice in support of my case.

Respected seniors
I am having some query about entitlement of gratuity of an employee serving in a PSU. An employee during his service tenure was dismissed by the disciplinary authority in connection with submission of fake HSC cert. and also got advantages while on service. Later on while verification was done the concerned board authority replied that the cert submitted by the employee before employer is not genuine and on the basis of that report he was dismissed from service prior to his superannuation during the year 2008. Thereafter he did not claim his gratuity for a period of 4 yrs . Now the ex-employee expired in the year 2014. The deceeased nominee now approached before the management to pay the gratuity of her husband. My question is that whether employer will pay the gratuity to the nominee as it is a clear case of forfeiture of gratuity. Kindly give valuable suggestion on the matter

Please tell me issues to put and d solution to this case..
Radha, as an infant was recovered from one of the remote villages of Rajasthan as
one of the survivors of female infanticide by an NGO named Stree Shakti. In Delhi
she was institutionalized, during her adolescent years, she faced ill events which
added to her agony. This cultivated a deep rooted hatred against males of the
Society. This instilled hatred towards marriage and she through Stree Shakti, of
which she became a volunteer, retaliated against the ill-custom of female
infanticide prevailing in the society, especially highlighting the practice in her own
village. She made an example of herself to spread her views against female
infanticide; she also featured in a documentary on the same topic which required
her to visit her village. This created wide awareness amongst the public. The media
hype angered the villagers and in retaliation Radha was warned by the village heads
not to interfere in the activities of the village. Ignoring this warning, Radha
continued to spread her views against female infanticide. One night, during her stay in the village, few villagers including the village heads raped her to teach her a
lesson. The criminal action is being taken by the appropriate authorities. After two
months of the incident, she detected that she is pregnant. Radha decided to carry on
her crusade and to set an example in the society. Radha wanted to give birth to the
child, however due to the circumstances of Radha from her birth, she was
determined to have only a girl child and wanted to avail the right of abortion under
Medical Termination of Pregnancy Act, 1971 if a male fetous was detected.
Therefore she approached a doctor for sex determination. The doctor and many
other medical practitioners having the facility rejected her request. She was advised to approach the appropriate authorities for sanctioning the test. She approached the Central Supervisory Board under Section 4 (3) (v) for usage of pre-natal diagnostic techniques under foregoing special circumstances. The Board dismissed her application citing that she does not fall under the category as specified under
section 4 read with Section 6 of the Pre Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic
Techniques (Prohibition of Sex Selection) Act, 1994.
Now she has approached the Honourable Supreme Court under Article 32 to
challenge the constitutionality of the Pre Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic
Techniques (Prohibition of Sex Selection) Act, 1994 under foregoing these special
circumstances.
