My father (belong to Hindu religion) having two sons and one daughter has inherited certain immovable property (agricultural and residential) property in Haryana. However his one married son (my brother) died in the year June 1994 and born one daughter In December 1994 after his death. His widow has settled as live in relationship with my cousin brother and daughter was living with them. Daughter has attained the age of majority and also married now.
Further my mother has purchased certain immovable property in her name from his own sources of income before the death of his son as above.
In the year 2007 my father has transferred the inherited immovable property in the name of remaining Son and Daughter by way of release deed (degree) and my mother transferred by way of gift the immovable property in favour of his grand sons in 2010.
In view of above facts my querry is as below:
1. What is the legal share of daughter born from my deceased brother who is also now married in the inherited immovable property which has been transferred by my father in favour of me and my sister through release deed (degree).
2. What is the legal share of daughter born from my deceased brother who is also now married in the immovable property which has been transferred by way of gift by my mother in favour her grandsons.

Dear Sir.
I have 2, 1BHK flats adjacent having one common main door ,each in name of my parent,
In society we have 2 & 3 BHK flat also. For general maintenance charge, they charge the same flatwise ,irrespective of area. Sir as we have one single common door, can we ask the society to charge general maintenance as per one flat as we are not using nor enjoying double services of society.
Thanks and Regards to all
Dear Experts,
Most of us are making use of Contract Labour through outsourced Agencies are following the Minimum Rates of Wages applicable in the State which are issued twice a year for the period January-June and July-December.
We need to see what we are paying to such outsourced agencies under the following two heads:-
Provident Fund on Basic wage and allowances
ESI on Basic/Allowance
Bonus on Basic only
The query is whether the Labour Contractor are supposed to collect from us payments under these three statutes/laws/acts, keeping in mind the limitations stated therein or they are collecting from us on the gross earnings of the employee and paying to the employees accordingly.
For your information, Provident Fund is applicable as on date till Rs.6,500/- (might be increased to Rs.15,000/-), for Bonus maximum Bonus payable is Rs.3,500/- on maximum Rs.10,000/- earning and under ESI the same is applicable upto Rs.15,000/-.
Please check this at your end

Legal heir certifiacate
Respected Sir,
I want to buy one home and the owner of the property is no more and the property also not transferred in the name of spouse. The proof related to legal heir of the owner like Ration Card is not available right now and the spouse has submitted the application to local statutory body to transfer the property rights in her name but that will take minimum of 1 month time. Sir, I want that if any document can certify that the following are the legal heir like ration card that would work in my case and when I will have legal heir certificate from local statutory body that will be submitted to bank later on so that the loan can be sanctioned by bank.
Please suggest me the same if there is any alternative in place of Ration Card and Legal heir certificate as per law and is valid.
I would be thankful to you.
