Dear Sir/Madam,
In my property which is on my name (7/12 and all other legal documents) there is a home which is built for god that means it is for all group of family.This home is on the name of my grand father (in long relation not blood relative) now before the 4 months ago he sale this home to third person and such transaction is know me now when i go to pay local grampanchayat home tax.But the all land (7/12 extract)is on my name.so please suggest how can i keep my home return or what can i do?

There were two partners but now one partner has expired so do we need any dissolution deed or it will automatically become proprietor? Also it was a chemist so what are the documents which needs to be submitted to bmc for cancellation of partnership and to activate the license for proprietor? please guide.

Hi! i am mukesh and i want to know some important note on court marriage so please help me.
I want to do court marriage with my Girl Friend and we both are legally passed our age of marriage as per law.
so please suggest me..
1. where i can do register before marriage (which are's registrar office/court) as i'm live in Moti Nagar,New Delhi and my girl friend is in Shahdara,Delhi
so in which area i must go for registration and marriage.
2. I want to know that is any govt. letter regarding our marriage come to our residential address or registrar only paste the notice on its office's Notice board i'm bit confused in it as if they send any kind of letter to our residential address so it can create problem for us.

only at the time of signing the regester she came to know that heis 38.
his relatives told that he is only pre degree
she started crying and the next day m,orning went back to her home from the police station ( her father has filed a complaint on her missing)
on annulin the marriage is this a good ground?

Hello, we have received an opposition for one of our brands, even though the name is gradually different than the one opposed. We have not received the hard copy from them but it is showing "Opposed" on Government portal. Some advised us to wait for the hard copy of the opposition and some asked to reply. Opposition is taken very recently. Kindly let us know what action needs to be taken.

sir i have enterd into an Agreement with a person.this person has been using different kinds of signatures when he sends me letters or notices which differ from his signatures on original Agreement.
1.Is this some sort of cheating on his part?
2.What does this imply and what should i do to make my stand legally stronger?

Is the Sale Agreement on plain paper valid in the eye of law.The agreement has all the payment details and transfer of possession to the purchaser(me).it was made in 2008 but the sale deed is not yet registered in my name because the builder is mischevious.
how can i proceed ahead now and what options are there for me as my money is blocked?

Is there any RBI permission needed for gifting dematted stock held by an NRI to his/her in-laws who reside in India? If so, what is the process? Any specific forms need to be filled? Are there any stamp duty or any other fees involved? Kindly advise.

Marriage certificate
My Parents want to apply for Marrige certificate but my mom's before marriage proofs are not there so can they still aplly for the certificate? They have pan card,election card,passport etc after marriage proof and they also have their wedding invitation in english. please help. how long it will take for the certificate and can we do it by ourself?
