i had applied for passport in june for which the process is still on going. today when i checked the status, it is displaying a show clause notice along with followng text.

After filing maintenance case, she will get surely maintenance, whether she is not able to prove allegation.
Facts:
she has filed false desertion case.And also alleged that i was beating her and drinking alcohol, She has also alleged that we had snatched her dowry and other thing and key of cup board. But when she had left home she had taken dowry ornaments(our and there gold and silver) and key of cup board with her. when they(her mother and father) had come for their belonging materials. They had spoken lie that they don't have dowry ornaments and key. This things are here here. After interruption of our lawyer they had confessed that they had taken dowry ornaments(ours and their) and key of cup board with them. we have notary of their confession and photograph of signing notary.
I have one 7 months son also.
These are the facts.

YESTERDAY SEE JUDGEMENT COPY BY HON SUPREME COURT REGARDING ACCIDENT CLAIM COURT HAS GIVEN 400000 TOWARDS CALIM HOWEVER NOT GIVEN ANY INTEREST ON SAID CLAIM. CAS IS PENDING SINCE 1984 AND AGAINST TOTAL CLAIM HIGH COURT GIVEN 210000 WITH INTEREST IN 2009 AND NOW 400000 WITHOUT INTEREST
ALSO THEY HAVE NOT GIVEN ANYTHING IN OTHER HEADS WE HAVE CLAIMED 100000 SHOCK OF SUDDEN DEATH AND RS 100000 FOR NEW ESTABLISHMENT LOSS OF SOCIAL LIFE
PLEASE ADVICE CAN I FILE REVIW PETTION IS THERE ANY HOPE

dear sir i had completed my SSC in 2003 from SSC board A.P. but in my marks memo my father's name was printed wrongly.may i know it can problem to govt. jobs, and go to abroad. please inform how can i change my father's name in my SSC marks memo.(my father's name is V.V.S.S.RAMARAO but in marks memo V.V.S.S.RAMAIAH.)

I AM WORKING IN GOVT BANK SINCE 2011
I WAS INVOLVED IN ONE CASE UNDER IPC 326 FOR YEAR 2007.
I WAS IN PRISON FOR 24 HOURS TILL GOT THE BAIL IN 2007.
THE CASE IS RUNNING IN TALUKA(TEHSIL) COURT.
BANK ITSELF TOOK THE POLICE VERIFICATION CERTIFICATE DIRECTLY FROM THE POLICE DEPT.AND POLICE DEPT DID NOT DISCLOSE ABOUT THE COURT MATTER IN CERTIFICATE.
THERE IS NO CLARIFICATION FILLED ABOUT THE COURT MATTER IN ANY DOCUMENTS(SUCH AS APPLICATION,PERSONAL INFORMATION,JOINING LETTER, ETC) OF BANKS, SO DID NOT DISCLOSE MY COURT MATTER TO THE BANK.
NOW OPPOSITION PARTY SENT APPLICATION TO MY BANK FOR TERMINATE ME FROM THE BANK.
WHICH ACTION BANK CAN TAKE?
PLEASE GUIDE ME CAN BANK TERMINATE ME OR NOT WHAT ACTION SHOULD I TAKE?

Further to my earlier query regarding an illegal structure next to my flat , due to the dispute with the neighbors ( Illegal House),my car parked in my compound was damaged with white paint on the doors . I suspect it is the neighbors as this has never happened in since I came to live here ie 3 years ago . I have logged a police complaint a day ago so far no action . since I have no direct evidence ,I know they will deny , however other member of my building who are also experiencing scratches to their cars as they have also objected to the illegal building .what further worries me is that i will be away from Goa for 3 months on an assignment. The builder of the flat is not helping and is also not handing over the socity to us.
Under the circumstance what further action I can take to protect my car , flat & self.

I live in a flat in goa located in a village. No society is formed . in the compound next to my flat , there is a old house with a small compound . recently they have built a permanent 2 storied house behind the old house , without leaving the minimum 3 meter from the compound wall , as a result the new structure is come very close to my flat and has blocked free flow of air plus loss of privacy .No permision was taken from the panchayat as their relation is the head of the panchayat.
My question is whether I can file a suit to direct the panchayat to declare the house as illegal and pass a demolition order ?

witness i.e. mother of one murdered 'B' wants to file an transfer application u/s 408 of Cr.P.C. because the accused persons are influential criminals of that area & they may threaten the witnesses....still case is not committed to session's court....
Q1]whether application can be filed at this stage i.e. before committal ?
Q2]if yes, then whether all the accused are necessary party to that transfer application or only State will do?
