Revenue site

Dear Sir,

I have a Revenue site, which comes under Gramapanchayat/Gramatana in Bangalore (but very next to say 100mtr to newly added Corporation areas).

We purchased the above site in 1992 through GPA of the layout owner (no conversion, approval and registration @ sub-registrar of the whole layout).

We registered our site (30x40 ft) in 2009 through farmers /original land owners, all family members came and signed (we payed them some amount for the same, but they declined to give any ackn for that). They had leftout one of the daughters, may be purposefully (we did not know that). Now that lady has filed a case against the survey number (15 acres layout) for her share and case is running in the court. Some of the site owners, who are still in GPA are fighting the case.

Please let me know the below:
1) Can I construct my house in the site.
2) Do they have rights to bring stay order from court not to construct my house.
3) Is there any problem to me, since my site is already registered.

Please advice.

Regards,
Keshava

Buying plot in palwal

India Propzone private limited is selling plots in Palwal.
They gave me the copy of the registry of their total land he bought from the farmers (4 acres) amount of 1.17 cr. But they paid only 9 lacs on paper in cash and written on the register with a clause says if you are not able to pay the total amount by 23rd march then the land will be returned to the farmers and 9 lacs will not be returned to india propzone.

As of now, propzone is giving possession on 30% of the plot amount and the rest you can pay in easy installments. One more options they said is, pay the full amount now and get the registry but the first party farmers will transfer the registry, not company as we dont have the full rights.

They also said, they will revise rate after 23rd march and then you will not get the rates what you are getting now.

Please suggest should i buy the plot now or wait for 23rd march?

Thanks

Decree

A plot of land was purchased in 1958 in the name of my uncle and me when I was 14 years old. A suit for declaration was filed by my father and uncle in the Learned Civil Court. In terms of statement the suit was decreed on 7.3.1978 when I was major. The above plot of land was given to my father and uncle became owner of other two properties. The above declaratory decree has not been executed till today. Is there any time limit for executing/implementing the declaratory decree?

Order 7 rule 1 cpc

Suit for maintenance filed under section Order 7 Rule 1 CPC by wife. I have only one property (a house). wife asks court to attach that property. so far, there is NO RESTRAINT ORDER or ORDER FOR ATTACHMENT from court. Case is still running in court. Due to frequent hearings and travel to court I lost my job and jobless for last 4.5 years. I am going to sell the property and start business so that if court orders i can pay maintenance once the case is over.

Question 1) if I sell the property, can court declare NULL & VOID the sale? because I sell the property after the case is filed.

Question 2) in case court declares NULL & VOID of sale, can I tell the court that "I would deposit a amount in bank(FD) in her name and credit the maintenance amount to her SB account every month. This will ensure prompt payment of maintenance every month and ensure FUTURE maintenance also. Will the court accept this idea?
