Elder brother has illegally transferred his deceased fathers property on his own name without noc of 6 other legal heirs. He has died and his wife has kicked off her sister in law(Leela) whose husband is also no more. Police are saying that this is ladies matter you better go to court.
1. can she file partition suit and get her share ? under which act and section?
2. on whom the burden of proof will lie if Leela says that it was her father in laws property.

There after till date the salary is gathered for 2 full month and pending 50%. Company was giving assurance that the matter of low fund will get resolved in 4-5 days time but this never happened. Non payment was done to complete sales team. Now the company is asking to resign from immediate effect and if not than company will terminate me from immediate effect. I want to understand as how can I take out my salary as I got into big pit due to number on non payments to bankers and other sources. I am morally down due to this and not able to understand as what is to be done. Please advice.

2. BMRCL has assigned the land acquisition process to KIADB. Which has issued notification under 28 (1) and 28 (2) and received on 26th of November 2013. If LARR 2013 is applicable to BMRCL and then Shall I be eligible to received compensation as per LARR 2013.
3. Whether my tenants also get compensation, employment and other benefits as per LARR 2013?

We have an ancestral property that is still undivided among me and my brothers. My brother is asking to purchase my share from this property by GPA. He is only paying 50 % of the value and he is asking for GPA now itself. He says he will pay the remaining amount after 2 years but he will try to avoid paying the remaining amount as much as possible. I am currently in need of money for my business. I have some questions :-
It is an IRREVOCABLE NOTARIZED REGISTERED GPA.
1. If I give GPA will i give away all my rights ?
2.In case he does not pay the remaining amount, what can I do to recover my rights on the property ?
3. Can I still recover my property rights even if he sells/registers it to someone else before the 2 years period using the GPA ?
4. Can he just register the property to someone else using the GPA ? before the 2 years of timperiod is over so that even if he doesnot pay, I will still lose the property ?
5. Is there any other safer option to do this transaction to make sure that I get the remaining amount besides GPA. Can we write some other document.
Thanks in advance
PS : This pertains to the state Andhra Pradesh
