I got married in 2010 and no children out of wedlock. I had been facing mental and physical harassment from the date of marriage from my wife and her family. She has abnormal aggressiveness by throwing vessels and glass items and she used to scratch me over by body. She had put hot tea cup on my face when I was asleep just after couple of days of marriage. I have taken things positively and waited patiently that she will change. I have also supported her to complete her M-tech.
However, my wife with help of her father using a Private complaint had smartly filed false 498a under 3&4, DVC and maintenance against me in 2013 at her native place Nalgonda.Initially she approached Women protection cell, Hyderabad and Women police Nalgonda but FIR is not registered.
She even came to my office and said our family issues there. I missed onsite opportunity and had to resign from my company. I surrendered in PS after taking anticipatory bail for my parents. I was sent to judicial custody for 5 days. In one of our meetings in elders, we have signed on white paper stating that I am ready to keep 8lacs in joint account (which was given to my wife by her father as her property share) and take separate house. Inspite of my efforts to reconcile she didnot join my company.
Finally, I have filed Divorce under cruelty in Hyderabad family court.
My wife is not accepting for divorce and demanding very hefty amount 50lacs for compromise. She is even stating that she dont want any money and separate residence but want to stay with me along with my parents. Due to her psychological condition and the false complaints, I am not ready to take her back.
Please suggest me below queries.
1) currently, I am not working and searching for job, so what apprx maintenance will be awarded to my wife?
2) can I file defamation or any case due to lost in onsite career opportunity and for filing false complaints and false evidence(she created a pic showing that I am taking money)?
3) will I get divorce as per above mentioned details?

(i)During deposition & Cross examination If the father of Compliant after saying all Grab in 498A & 406,expect that we lodged FIR for compromise only, then what will be the credibility of other Grab Statements like beating, torture & demanding car & house, even if he repeats it in cross examination also,
(ii)The father of compliant in his statement under 161 didnot said about demand of house, but in court deposition statement he said that the accused was demanding house, it slipped out of the mind of my lawyer during cross examination,So same couldnot be cross examined,
Plz advise what impacts it will have on the case.Is any of these statement going to favour accused

An official of SBI was suspended pending commencement of disciplinary proceeding. He was instructed not to leave HQ and prior permission should be obtained from the Bank.
There was an incentive programme for visiting Malaysia by SBIMF. He had got selected and the tour programme was approved by the Chairman of the Bank.SBI Mutual Fund arranged for VISA and he proceeded to Malaysia for a 4 day programme alongwith 140 officials
Bank has now chargesheeted him for not taking prior permission. Incidentally, the other officials serving the Bank and who had visited alongwith him has not sought such permission.

Dear Sir,
I took a PMRY Loan from SBI in 2004 to start a provision cum general store. After three months of business flood came and my business came in loss. During the flood period, I sent a letter by registered post to our banker regarding loss of goods in flood. I sent the copy of same to Dist. industrial Centre, SBI Regional Office and to our D.M. by registered post. But I could not get any response from any side even waiting one year. During that period our banker sent me a legal notice for loan recovery then I meet with Branch Manager and said our problem regarding failure in payment of installment. Manager said me that there is no any excuse for this type of circumstances against PMRY loan. After this I left my village to Mumbai and started a private job and paid a sum of Rs.5000 by D.D. from Mumbai. After paying the above amount I again failed to paying continue. after failing I am disconnected with bank for a long time and banker is pressurizing with notice again and again. So, you are requested to guide me kindly that what should I do as I am not able to pay at a time a sum of Rs.85000 loan of SBI. Will banker/court issued for our Kurki Jabdi at my premises? Thanking You. Hopping for an early response from your side.
Your's faithfully

sir,
suit for deceleration and possession filed by the plaintiff against the defendant. defendant appeared in the said suit and filed w.s. than after matter was posted for arguments. after hearing both the parties at length. court rejected the injunction application of the plaintiff and held that there is no document produced by the plaintiff to show the title and possession over the property. Actually defendant constructing the house over disputed property so the court held in its order. there is no adverse evidence to show to the court that the defendant constructing the house on the land of plaintiff, therefore the application of injunction was came to be rejected. being aggrieved by that order he preferred an appeal. session court granted ad interim injunction to the plaintiff/appellant because at that day defendant were unable to appear before the session court. while giving the ad interim injunction session court imposed certain condition that, appellant never asked adjournment for the hearing of appeal or never delay the matter. after the said order, defendants appeared before the session court and were ready for the hearing but at that day appellant did not want to argue the matter so that he filed an application under o.26,r.9 of c.p.c. for the appoint of the commissioner. defendants were ready for the hearing of that application on same day but appellant filed a report that, they want do hearing in the light of some judgments. so that court granted the adjournment of the very next day, at that day application was heard and decided by the session court on same day, than after court asked for the hearing of the injunction application but he submitted that he want to challenge the said order before the high court so adjournment was granted, matter was adjourned. appellant filed an S.C.A. before the high court, mean while he produced a report for the adjournment in the session court, saying that, he has preferred an appeal before the high court against the order of the session court. than after matter was adjourned so that defendants advocate was unable to appear before the session court because his family member was no more. so court has fixed another date in which defendants adv and the adv were present but intentionally he did not come at right time so that court has decided to hear another matter. meanwhile there was not much time for the hearing so court has adjourn the court without asking the report. but defendant adv urged before the court that sir, please hear me so defendant concluded his argument and argument of the appellant is still left. Now i want to ask that, after reading the event of the case before the session court weather ad interim relief which was granted in favor of the appellant is still survive or vacated? moreover if status quo is granted regarding the property than, defendant can move certain things from the suit property if such things caused lost to the such as "Senting" which is used to to fill the slab on house. or if it is done than it amount to contempt or not? just give me brief detail.

We have a manufacturing (Poha/Chuda) unit which setup at Berhampur, Odisha in the year 1994. We took a loan (TL & CC) from SBI for an amount of 2.5 lacs against the property documents. All was going good, but due to the super cyclone that hit Orissa coast in the year 1999, we had to bear heavy loss & from then the unit slowly progressed towards closure. In the year 2003, the bank filed a civil suit against us to recover an amount of 3.35 lacs (including interest). Due to a very bad phase of our life, we couldn't attend the hearings or, pay any amount & finally the court had given a decision against us, providing Exparte Order in the favor of the bank.
But, now somehow we came to know about the Lok Adalat which considers such type of cases. Since, the decision is already in favor of the bank, can we approach Lok Adalat with our case for settlement of the dues for a minimal amount...??

A person X has submitted an affidavite in Hon'ble High Court that he will hand over possession of an shop within next month, but he didn't do so. Later on he filed an writ in HC to cancel that affidavite. Is there any provision in law to cancel the affidavite.
