Respected sir,i m a victim of domestic violence n dowry.me n my daughter was tried to be killed by inlaws.my case is still pending.my husband is an assistant manager in govt. Sector n he was in jail regarding this case for 48hrs.i hv several time made his complain but still no actions hv been taken.kindly guide me tht is there any procedure for his suspension or nt as the case is still pending.

Greetings to you all!
Water Connection which was installed by the name of my Late. Grandfather was transferred to the name of the youngest son of my uncle without my consent around FOUR YEAR'S back (in March 2010) by giving some affidavit and now not allowing me to take another connection from the tap.
1.Can this be transferred back to the name of my Grandfather?
2.If, yes then against whom I should file a case
A)Department of water supply (who made this transfer without my consent)
B) Against my cousin (who got water connection transferred to his name).

As I have tried to find more details today,
1. The affidavit was submitted on March,2010
2. The witnesses are two son's of my uncles to
transfer the connection to their youngest brother
(the third son of my uncle)
3. One of the witnesses is a Govt. employee in Public
Welfare Department.
(In affidavit some inappropriate statements are also
given as explain below)
Contents of Affidavit are as
We Mr. X aged 34 years S/O Late Sh. A 2. Mr. Y aged 28 years S/O Late Sh. A both resident of ADDRESS..... do hereby solemaly affirm and declare an oath as under:-
1. That a water connection bearning No. .... was installed in the name of our grand father Sh. ABC at ADDRESS.
2. That the said Sh. ABC has expired and there after the water bill was paid our father Sh. A.
3. That now our father Sh. A has also expired on date (year 2004) and we are the three legal heirs (son) of the deceased Mr. A
4. That we have no objection if the above water connection is transferred in the name of our brother Sh. Z, the first class legal heir of the deceased Mr.
A.
Verificaiton:-
We the above named deponents have do hereby verify that the contents of our this affidavit are true to the best of our knowledge and belief. Verified as such at
PLACE on date ( year 2010).
Another Affidavit

Important Points
1.Grand father died in 1970 (Before the birth of we all cousins)
2.Till 1994 my parents were living in family house and sharing water bills will uncle's family.
3.My uncle died in 2004.
4.My Elder brother living in that house expired in 2005.
5.Connection was changed as per the affidavit given in March 2010.
Hence the statement(s) i.e. That a water connection was installed in the name of my grand father Sh. ABC who was living in with Sh. A at ADDRESS.
&
That the said Sh. ABC has expired and there after the water bill was paid by our father Sh. A.
are not appropriate.
Why I am requesting for guidance and expert suggestions before considering any legal proceedings
1. Apart from two married sisters, I am left alone from my father's family as a legal heir for GAIR MARUSI Property in the name of my grandfather
2. My uncle's encroached the main land on the main national highway and constructed 6 shops for them (4 shops by one uncle who is not living in ancestral house + 2 by uncle living in ancestral house) and
3. Even not giving me the remaining plot (area to make 4 more shops) on the sub main road.
4. I was given a portion of the old ancestral house which I demolished (being in pathetic/dangerous condition to to live in) and constructed new house by all my hard earned money i.e I was given no commercial property.
5. They are getting the income from the commercial portions and I have just invested to protect my share from ancestral house, otherwise even that could be gone from my hands due to its conversion in to plot after its fall due to its bad condition.
6. Also, they say property is Gair Marusi not by the name of GRAND FATHER thus who has captured what is his only.
7. I feel helpless
a) Due to my employment reasons in other city
b) The muscle power they threat me being alone
c) The seveare health issues with my wife (If I involve myself in such issues, I may not be able to support mywife well, thus may cause her more pain and trouble thus shattering the only asset I am left with, my helpless family)
8. May God help me through experts advise to take right decision to go ahead in the right direction.

I am from Hyderabad. My father's brother had purchased a land of 1 acre through Registered GPA from pattadhar. Later this land was transfered to my father through simple sale deed in 1990 on a stamp paper which is now impounded. From the said land 500 sq yrds has been transfered on my name.
In the year 1995, pattadhar's brother had filed a suite claiming half of the share in the said 1 acre land. It has been declared as half share to pattadhar's brother in the year 2012.
My plea is to clarify if I can get an injunction order owing to the fact that the pattadhar's name was in khasra from 1954-55 till 1968 and has included also the name of pattadhar's brother from 1968 to 1972. From 1972 till date pattadhar's son is in the record. Kindly give me your valuable suggestions in this case.

sir/madam,
last month we open our case (appeal), we did not attend hearing so court gave expartee oder. other party put a case against for asking easement right aginst us for drinking water connection in our land. we having the original doc with us. but they put forgery doc's in court. when they gor expartee order they do some illegal acts like name changing of common drinking water connection in their name and take the connection from our place and put their home.1) is that useful for us in hearing to refuse easement right for them? 2) if we prove that in court what action will be taken by court against them? 3) now shall we made any construction in our place? for that we need court permission what procedure we do?

three persons apply for liquor license separately on the basis that they will share profit equally but no written document
let them A,B,C
now person A gets license from the govt on his name and he sign a power of attorney in favor of person B regarding the license obtained from the govt.
now person A and B not ready to make any legal contract with person C e.g. partnership deed and say that business works by making believe in each other
however , person A is ready to sign on partnership deed but only on plain paper not on stamp paper
will it be sufficient as person A is the main holder of license in case of any dispute.......
please provide me a solution .....

I am (just married 6-2-14 with marriage certificate) married person, but I am not love to my wife. but she is vary innocent and good girl. she don't know what is in my mind she don't Knowledge any of my love life. i don't want to cheat my wife and i also not leave without my girlfriend our relation is old like 9 years in from school and collage life. we also leave in one colony and our both age is now 26 years (me and my girls friend). but some problem we don't merry to each other.
and she is married to other person and she has 1 child 4 years. she don't live with his husband. she is Bullying from her husband.
and he is also not divorce given to ready. he know abut us.
but we leave with to each other and question is whether it is possible to live with her without having my divorce,just like live in relationship, or i will make a friendship contract (maitri karar) is it legally. please advise me as early as possible. my cell no is 9-2-2-7-7-8-8-0-0-7

If one's brother has appeared in an written examination for job in the same department in which he is working. And the person has participate in the examination process as an evaluator only but has not scrutinized his brother's answer sheet. Also his brother is not selected and there is no any manipulation or irregularity in the said answer sheet. In this case can the person is charged with major penalty if yes under which law?

A file a suit for permanent injunction.COURT granted interim injunction, during pendency of suit def.encroached on the land and made path and culverts.a seeks amendment and prayed that def. be evicted and if decree of eviction is not passed a decree of rs .2 lach be passed court fees shall be payed at the time of execution amendment allowed. but at the time of settlement of issue court pass an order to pay court fees on rs.2 lakh a recall app.rejected revision against rejection order and appeal against settlement of issue also dismissed. a filed an app.u/o 23 rule 1 to withdraw his prayer for decree of rs. 2 lakh def.raised that A should pay court fees first whether court fee is payble.

Need help ......trapped in 420
My name is Atul I am working in a private company in Noida.In 2012 July a girl joined our office. She was not good at work so our boss used to scold her every day. She learned a lot about office work from me as she was new to the office. She became a good friend of mine. Later she was terminated by our company for submitting false bills and Medical in De 2012 and her salary was stopped as she was terminated. She was very depressed and said that she has no money and she will suicide i promised her to help her and said that she can repay me after getting a job . As she became my best friend I helped her financially because she was not getting any support from her family. I used to give her 10000 monthly. Slowly, slowly we came closer and she said to marry me. I discussed with my parents and they called the girl’s father, but the girl's father refused to marry their daughter to me. But still we were in touch and she was continuously taking amount on a regular basis from me. She was continuously trying for a job, but not able to crack any of the interviews. I told her if our family members are not agreeing then we should get married by ourselves as we both are above age 25.But she somehow manages to manipulate me by saying will see in future and will wait for our families to be convinced . By now it is nearly 1 year and she was not able to find a job. And my money was spend twice for room rent so we both decided to share a flat, so in November 2013 we both shifted in a common flat. It was a 2 BHK flat. She lived in one room and me in the other. Then i brought many utensils for that home as that flat was non furnished. Nearly of 70 thousand and also invested nearly 57 thousand on flat rent and security. Mean while i continuously asked the girl to get married with me but she was continuously just passing the time by giving false commitment.
Then one day I asked her that are you cheating on me by just passing the time and not marrying so in anger she said just get of from this flat and she gave me 10 PDC by signing them and saying that you can withdraw them if will not marry by putting a single check on a monthly basis’ was forcefully thrown out of that flat and she also not allowed to take my utensils which i brought. I was shocked at that time and shifted to other flat. But she contacted me on my cell and we were still in touch because i really love her. This was Jan 2014 incident. Again she grabbed me in her conversations and asked for money,i again gave her. Then in Feb she stopped talking to me so I asked her what is the problem so she said that she don’t want to talk to me anymore and also said that I can deposit single single check on a monthly basis and I’ll get the money. I felt very bad that the girl I helped at most when she was in a need was reacting in such way but it was a fate. When I deposited the first check it, get got bounced ill called her up and said so she denies to repay and said that she has not taken any money from me and if i will deposit any cheque then she will do my police complaint by saying that i have raped her etc etc. I was surprised to see her behaviour she was abusing me and was giving threat not to call me again. I called her family members but they said they have not taken the money and said to contact the girl and ask her only. I never cheated her and i wanted to get married, i helped her when she was in need but she is so selfish that she dumped all my utensils my flat. After seeing all this i am dam sure that she is a big cheater.
She is not returning my money, my two checks are bounced still having 8 please suggest is there any way I can get back my money from that fraud girl. She is a big time cheater she is a 420 she used my emotions money and now she is behaving like innocent. Please suggest what I can do .
