Received a notice from Inspector legal metrolgy that MRP declaration of plastic bootles containg fruit juice/soft drinks/ etc. should be on principal display panel and not on the neck of the bottle. Only on glass bottles meant for refilling such delarations can be made on bottle but in case of pet / plastic bottles the same is not permitted.
My question is that if it is so why almost we find MRP declaration on neck of the pet bottles containing branded soft drink , fruit juices or packaged drinking water.
Are the manufacturers violating provisions of Legal metrology packaged commodities rules, 2011.

Kindly clarify the issue
Two sons are from one family.One of son settle his father asset to his son with unregisterd will without NOC from his brother and mother at register office.
Is it possible to settle the asset with unregistered will without NOC of other family members.The will was deceased one.

I am staying in a flat in a chs married with two daughters since the past more than 25 years paying all the society dues since as many years. The flat is in my mothers name expired more than 30 years ago my father expired 10 years ago. I have one brother and two all married and staying seperately.My brother and one sister have given NOC and relinquised their rights
The society is going for redevelopment. One of my sister wants the whole flat for herself.The society does not take any consent from me for any matter of the society saying I am not a member. Who will take the decision give consent on behalf of my flat and if it is not in my favour how can I oppose it.

What documents are required and how many days it will take for the Registration ? What is the expenses (including statutory fees and professional charges)?

Hello sir,
There is one property case pending and now I need to prove Relinqushment deed and for this there were two witness but now only one witness is alive and I summoned it as court witness because earlier he was not ready to involve in any sort of court proceedings however now i tried to convince him and somehow he appeared on the court date after being summoned however the court was on leave on that day and his evidence was not recorded. Now I am having apprehension that opposite party may influenced him to give evidence against me or he would be not appear in the court on the next date which is after 4 months,
Could you please tell me the procedure how I would secure his evidence now before the court date so that afterwards he wont be retaliate from his statement or opposite party wont impact him.
Please suggest could i take evidence by way of affidavit duly signed and attested by oath commissioner or any thing else so that he wont be back out from his statement even if he wants to do so in future.
Please suggest as court date is very far and I am having apprehension that opposite party may do any act to distort my witness.

My father-in-law inhereted 3 acres of land from his parents. He has a son and five daughters. All are married.
Out of this property he made sites and sold some over a period of time. He also GIFTED a site of 1200 sft. each to his five daughters and about ten times - 10000 sft. - to his son. That is, son is gifted more than that of daughters.
Now, he is having about 25,000 sft. of vacant land/sites left in his name.
MY QUERY.
Can my father-in-law make a WILL for the property left with him for 25,000 sft. of land ?
Please explain.

i have filed rcr in mumbai and served rcr summons to my wife in haryana through court bailiff, but in the report he submitted to court has declared that he didnt found the house hence summons are unserved.
my FIL is aware of each and every point i had narrated in the notice as he spoke to me on the day he received the summons over fone asking me why i had written so many things in the notice, which clearly defines that FIL bribed the bailiff.
now court has ordered reissue of the summons and to be served again.
Please advice me how to go through bailiff to serve the summons and get the positive report, i really need my wife back.

bank send loan recovery after given 50% amount of loan, loan of priminister rozgar yojana.. bank manager use his bank for make fake case.
loan section 25.lakhs, manager complete his work . but given 10.lakhs only for work. then transferred ,second manager do all fake work against this work. i apy one year installments . but 15.lakhs not given by second manager.

Using inflation rate during divorce/dv case
Hi,
DV and divorce case between my wife and me are going on. My wife has claimed that I never paid any money for household expense. She submitted her detailed affidavit giving breakup of household expense, children's education expense, transportation expense etc.
While today her salary is good enough to take care of expense, but when I tried to calculate the past expenses by applying the inflation rate, i realised that her salary in the past was not sufficient to cover even her own expense.
Now the question is, will court accept the goverment's published wholesale Price Index based inflation and calculation of past expense using it? Can I also use the same argument in property case filled by my wife?
Will this be considered as a proper proof, or just an argument?
