Dear experts,
Please let me have a clarification:
If my mother transfer her property to her son by a "gift deed", then is it possible for her son (to whom she has gifted) to sell that property?
Whether the property earned through gift deed will have the same validity and value as of "sale deed"?
Please clarify.

Hello Sir/Madam,
She filed CRPC 125 inspite of earning more than me. After she knew that I know where she works, she has put forward withdrawal application.
I am suppose to file my say in next month.
Can she go and request judge to prepone the date and withdraw her case before the date without my presence? Asking because she is making such attempts.

Few years back my husband was a partner in a partnership firm.the mode of operation was single as all the operation and transaction was handled singly by other partner.the other partner availed unsecured loan from bank as mode of operation was single under firms name. Now the loan has turned into nap and their is hearing on this case in debt recovery tribunal ....I want someone to clarify my doubts on following..
1)My husband didnt signed loan document will he be liable
.
2 how much time does Drt takes to give final decision on this matter
3)What is the time will Drt will give to pay loan
4)Any recourse available to my husband as he was not aware of loan and didn't signed it
5)partnership says that liability of partner is jointly and severally what does that mean.
I would thank if experts in this group can clarify my doubts

we are buying a flat from a widow and 3 sons in Mumbai who have inherited the flat as per the HSA as their father died in 2004 and did not leave a will (self acquired flat in the fathers name alone). The share certificate is in the name of the widow. While 2 sons are in India; one son is in the US with an American passport and might be holding a PIO card. The entire sale money will go to the widow, as the sons don't want the money. What should be done in this case, so that we have a clear title and there is no claim made on the flat by the sons in the event the widow passes away. Your expert opinion is appreciated. thank you.
i live in house built on plots of my elder brother and sister.i live in the same house with my mother .my mother has taken affidvit from my sister to tranfer plot on her name now she wants to transfer plot to my name as i am the only who takes her care.will it stand in court if my mother makes simple affidavit in my name.what else precaution should i take to ensure safety and security of my children.as things will turn anyway after my mother.also plot is bought with money of my father and mother which can be proved as both my elder siblings were minor at that time.my father is no more and died without will

Is it possible to submit a 25 page written Agrgument in Chennai High Court.
Employee left orgnization with out notice
We are a small software development company with 10-15 employees .
We are taking fresh engineers on trainee basis for six month probation period and offering them stipend . On their offer letter we mention that there is 30 days notice period to left the job .
In failing to do so they have to deposit Rs. 50,000/- what company has invested on their training.
But mostly candidate do not giving any notice after 3 to 4 months and after getting their salary , they are not coming to office . Even they do not call to tell us that they had left the job.
Is there any way we can send them legal notice or can recover money we had spent on their training .
Plz advice .
