Demand of share

My father transferred his land in the name of my mother in 1989. My grandmother transferred the same land to my father in 1959, when my uncle was below 18. During this period the land was with a savkar as my grandpa took some loan from him. In 1974 my father got married and in 1989 he sold all jewellery of my mom to take this land back from savkar. And on possession of this land my dad transferd the land to mom. Latter on my uncle got married and had 4 children. He died in 1999 and since then my aunty went back with her kids and did not had any relations with us. Even she got her kids married and not even intimated us. In 2005 my dad passed away. But aunty filed a civil suite for getting a share in the land in 2004.

I want to know whether my aunty is having any eligibility to have share in our land? As my grandma transferred the land to my dad and she was having other son below 18 that time.

Pls provide valuable feedback along with any related case study at the earliest as my date in the court is on 26th mar 14.

Interest on delayed payment

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am working in Central Government. I was eligible for the payment of Approximately Rs. 50000 in 2009. I made several communications to administration of my department explaining my eligibility for the payment and requesting to release the payment but the competent authority informed me two times that I am not eligible for the payment and he didn't release my payment. When I wrote to next higher authority about my eligibility and requested him to release the payment with accumulated interest, the competent authority, who was earlier denying, released the payment in 2013 i.e. after four years. I was not paid the interest of four years on my amount. The competent authority said that there is no provision of paying interest as this is the procedural administrative mistake. May I get the interest of four years from the department or erring officer on my delayed payment through Hon'ble courts? If yes, should I approach to Hon'ble Tribunals or Hon'ble High Courts?
With kind regards

Property buy by foreigner

Dear Sir,
I wish to clarify a doubt regarding purchase of property by a foreigner.

Is there any legal restriction in India to buy a property by a foreigner directly in his name for his personal use?

Any other alternate way to buy a property by a foreigner?

Reagarding rti

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

Does Maruti Suzuki company falls under RTI act. I have recently bought a Car and I have a strong feeling I made a wrong deal. I want to know the prices they have sold cars to other customers in period I have purchased.

Company won't be keen in revealing that data. So is RTI applicabale here and if not, what other options do i have to ascertain the prices of cars sold to other customers?

Thank You
Bharat garg
