How can i challenge False affidavit filed by one opponent.I am also one opponent in same suit. One opponent had filed reply and given false facts. He had given affidavit that "I certify that all above given statements & facts are true in my knowledge & legal points are true by legal adviser".
Sir I have documents of his recorded statement in A.C.M court jhunjhunu,Application given to Tashildar, verification of land stalemate. he has produce false affidavit in ADJ court.
Sir kindly guide me sections or the methods of law under which i can prove he is culprit in false Affidavit subhash chandra

Hello,
A guys defrauded my sister. My sister paid the money by cheque to car dealer but the guy got the car registered in his name and then he fled with the car. This investigation on proof of payment of car has already been done by the police and is also mentioend in the FIR.
FIR was reigstered in oct'13 back and the car was recovered in dec'13 but the accused was not treacbale. the car was given to my sister on superdari on dec'13 itself
Now the accused has also been arrested and is remanded to police custody.
Police has told us that while the accused is in their customdy, they can get the car transfrred in my sister name an so the police has asked us to talk to our lawyer and get the necessary papers (like vehicle transfer form ).Polcie can get the accused to sign on the transfer papers.
polie says this will be a good option since tomoroow when the case starts , the accused might back off or accused Lawyer might create problems

Hello Sir,
I applied for PAN card 4 years back, but did not receive the same, after that i applied 3 times, but did not receive either.
I don't have a single PAN card out of those 4, what should I do? I never deposited Tax on any PAN. Due to not having any PAN card currently my employer deducts double amount of Tax from my salary.
Please suggest, will I have to pay penalty of 10000/-. or there is any other way to get out of this problem, I never deposited tax on any PAN.

In property attachment case court attached property worng
1) court attached wrong door number as 6-45
but real door number 6-29
2) as per attachment in that place R.C.C building , but that is empty site on attached date.
3) property is gift Deed.

Dear Experts,
One of my Client filed NI138 Case against Funtrin nutrition Pvt Ltd, Bombay, sum of amount Rs.10 Lakhs, this case is pending before the JM Chennai, we could not serve summons, because the above named company is cheating company latterly known the fact, the above companies cheated all over india, more than 100 Crore cheated, now no one catch him, now can i organized the above victim (Looser) persons all over india and file supreme court for recovery of money from the Funtrin company, as like Sahara group. kindly suggest your valuable suggestion and ideas.

I completed degree but have lost all certificates I have no Xerox ,now
I want to join l.l.b course can I produce tenth certificate and join for a 5 year course.
if there any harm if I give tenth though I passed degree.
