Co-operative hsg. society query

Being a member of the co-operative Hsg. Society I have requested to Secretary of the Society a copy of the as build drawing of the Society. In-spite of reminders I have not yet received the copy so far. Can I issue legal notice to the Society on the alleged deficiency of services under the Consumer Protection Act. Thanks in advance for your valuable views.

Noc for home loan & copy of lease deed

Dear Sirs,

I am Sanjay, residing in & bonafied member of conveyance CHS in Mumbai.
Sir, I had given application letter to Society on 25th March demanding copy of "Lease Deed" & "Home Loan NOC Format" to transfer my existing loan to new Bank (only NOC required by new Bank).
Society took committee meeting on 31st March.
Now Chairman says that Society dont want to give me NOC & Lease Deed & not provided reason.
I would be asking for copy of Minutes in which they decided asking for reason &
I can write to Dy.Registrar for lease deed copy & NOC but is would be time consuming as my loan is already sanctioned & bank could not wait for long time.

Sir, My query is whether Society is bound (as per law) to give me NOC ?
And is there any way to these two documents very soon & quickly ?

Dear Sir, kindly help me.
Thanks in advance.

Personal loan

Hi, This is with reference to a intentional error committed by my friend. He is in dire need of money to get rid of some old bad financial obligations. In order to get that he got a 2nd PAN card done ... and edited his pay slips and applied to a bank for a PL. The PL got rejected because of -ve verifications. Now the Bank has asked him to come and meet them as they doubt the validity of his Pan card. I have made him aware of his fallacies and asked him to surrender his 2nd Pan card which he has already done ... however at the same time he has also come to know that if he goes to bank they are going to harass him, pressurise him to sign a confession statement ... I completely understand that he has done a wrong ... however as of now he has realised his mistake and taken steps not to repeat it ... plus as of now he has not taken any financial obligations based on the wrong info ... what should be his next step ?

What to do to take property back to my name ?

I got divorced from my wife last month. But to save my property I have gifted my Flat to my Father 4 yrs back. Now I’m free from my wife.

Now I want my flat back on my name. What should I do to take that flat?

As I'm only heirs, so after my father, what charges need to pay for property transfer?

Or
Should I cancel the GIFT DEED? I think which is not possible.

or
Should I ask my father to gift it back to me ?

Which will be more convenient and less expensive way need to follow?
