Dear Sir,
I am working as a lecturer in a Govt. aided college.I was appointed as a Prisiding Officer for the coming election that is going to be held on 7th April 2014. I have attended three trainings and will perform my duty as a Prisiding Officer on 7th. But, the problem is that my son is suffering from severe illness and I have sheduled an appointment with a doctor of Apollo, Delhi on 28th April, for which I have reserved my train tickets for 25th April and will return on 9th May. My college authoroties have informed me that I will also get election duty as a counting supervisor on 16th May and they cant grant me Earned leave or any Station leave for the same. My question to you is that -is it fair to appoint me in two election duties. If so whether it is possible to get rid of the second duty?

Hi
I was working as manager in Co-op Bank. Recently I was suspended from services for so called forgery case. I made good and there was no loss to bank. 3 months after suspension I tendered my resignation from the services as I got other opportunity. But management is unhearding my request to relieve me. Till date I had not been issued any charge sheet nor any explanation has been called from me. Instead bank is threatening me that they are not going to relieve me before 1 year from today. My new job joining date is forthcoming please guide me as to what remedy can I have ? Please help I am now desperate. My present Banker is reluctant to take me back on service. As such my suspension will be for indefinite period. Only getting subsistence allowance is not good for me also after 12 months I may be outdated in Banking Sector considering my age factor. I would like to share the instance with me. There was one valued account holder of Bank enjoying credit facility. His nephew had kept FDR in Bank. On a day the account of Borrower was exceeded for large amount and to regularize the nephew agreed orally to discharge his FDR against which the OD was sanctioned and the amount was credited to borrower's account. After word he turned down to have said like that and refused to have signed the documents. As such Bank held me responsible for all above as the sign turned on to be forged. On approaching to FDR holder he came to Bank and on his own closed discharged FDR before maturity and adjusted the amount to OD FDR account. Bank to safe guard its interest had taken an undertaking cum indemnity for sole responsibility for the transactions made and also taken balance confirmation. Now he has signed all the documents and slips and had made clear that he is not going to lodge any type of complaint any where as it is family matter.
Now I would like to know that, is my suspension is justified for indefinite period and by not taking me back on service not Bank is deriving my right to serve by not giving relieving letter.

I had purchased a flat in the year 2010 from a lady who is a widow. The agreement is registered between her and myself for which I took a housing loan from a NBFC.At that time she had a minor son and the NBFC insisted on a affidavit stating that she and her son are the legal heirs to the property. Now i am opting for a balance transfer for the same loan from a leading private bank but now the bank wants an affidavit from the son since he has turned a major.I am not able to contact the seller since a long time has passed. My question is,Is an affidavit required and what happens If I am not able to make one? Will it be a hindrance in future if I am selling the same.please guide.

Hi,
I am from hindu family. My grandmother has some land (both agricultural and nonagricultural) in her name (registered in 1992) as ancestral property. She has two children - my mother and my maternal uncle. Now, in 2011 my maternal uncle sold some portion of that land by creating force on my grandmother when she was 80 years old. We came to know this fact after her death on 2013.
Are we able to claim the money that my maternal uncle received from the sold property? If yes, then what should be the percentage?
I will be highly obliged to you for the answers.
If my opponent makes false statement in his affidavit. Can I write a letter to his Advocate to verify truthfulness of such false statement, in compliance of his professional duty to ask his client to follow the truth otherwise release his case if his client not ready to follow truth?

what type of lawyer services are covered under Reverse Charge...
Which type of constitution of Lawyers Body are exmpet from Reverse Charge
Dear Experts,
“A” and “B” are the bothers, who have purchased a flat in the name of their mother wherein they were nominees. After the death of their mother, they applied before the society to transfer the said flat in their name. After obtaining the NOC from their father and sister the society has transferred the said flat in the name of the two brothers wherein “B” is first member and “A” is the joint member of the society in respect of the said flat.
After few years they purchased one more flat wherein “A” is the first member and “B” is the joint member of the society in respect of the said flat.
As per the mutual understanding they decided to separate their property hence in the first flat “A” applied to resign from his membership from the society and transfer his share in favour of his brother “B” and along with the said application, “B” filed one more application to join his wife’s name as joint member/holder of the society in respect of the said flat. “A” also did the same procedure in his society for his flat.
My quarry is that the procedures followed by “A” and “B” are proper? Because the society of “A” does not raise any objection for transfer of the said flat in the name of “A” and his wife but the advocate of “B’s” society asked “B" to get execute a gift deed from “A”!
Under the circumstances what should I do? I’ve prepared the documents for “A” & “B”. And now they come to me with such problem. Guide me Seniors Plz.
Regards.
