Dear Sir,
A person had cheated me for couple of lakhs for getting admission of my child in a professional pvt college. not having any documentary evidence of payment to him the police has not taken any action on my complaint.
another complaint of cheating against the same accused is also filed in the same police station wherein the complainant has provided with documentary proofs of fake fee receipt and cheques,
under any process of law can I ask police to investigate and take action against the accused after taking into acccount the other complaint. or if I file under section 156(3) can the other persons complaint add value / weight to make my case strong for getting the FIR registered against the accused

b. Sr Accounts Officer - 1
c. EDP - 2
d. Admin Asst - 1
e. Housekeeping - 2
f. Sr.Project Associate - 1 (on contractual basis since past 6-7 yr)
g. Executive secy - 1 vacant after I left
h. Driver - who is paid salary by it but is not signing register
i. A project director/consultant- who comes 4 days a week is paid 40k package p.m.
j. An earlier regular employee for Bharatpur is now working part-time work for the orgn.
j. The post of front-desk executive is lying vacant since august 2012. similarly the post of Accounts Assistant has not been filled up since 2009-10.
My concern is the orgn does not want to pay gratuity to its eligible employees. And it has as per the sr accounts officer circulated office order to this effect - never shown to me or any of the current emp. Only once before my joining they paid Gratuity to one senior consultant. My query is Now can I press my case with them and ask for gratuity or can they under the law of the land refuse it to me on the pretext of a non existent order and are they liable to pay under 1972 Act. They have been deducting PF and Pension from all employees and depositing it with the govt. Thank you

Still I haven't got the possession. He haven't paid the rent as well. The Advocate is saying by-laws the agreement is still valid even though the period of 22 months has been over. After 3 Months of waiting period I am filing the case against him in the Competent Authority to recover the possession.
Could you please help me to teach him a lesson? I am worry that he is going to use the same way of troubling innocent people like me.
Please help me to find below questions.

3. What kind of evidence, do i need to give to them
4. How much time it will take by the Bar Council.
5. Will Bar Council will file case against the Advocate or what's the process it will follow.

Dear Experts,
A client of mine has procured divorce through judicial mediation wherein it was agreed that the wife will support for quashing 498A, 406, 504 and 506 filed by her against her husband and family on an application made by the husband u/s 482 CrPC. She has even agreed to personally write to the Police station that she does not wish to pursue the complaints and FIR on account of the settlement, and she has hand written the letters to the police station. Now that the application u/s 482 CrPC has been filed by the husband and his family, she is showing disinclination to come to the High Court and personally depose before the Court that she does not wish to pursue the same. The High Court is also asking for her personal attendance. Now she is also claiming that she wants a lawyer to represent her in the high court and that the husband has to foot the bills of her lawyer too. Is there a way out of this extortion measure, or should I advice my client to agree to her terms? Kindly guide, as my clients are personally known to me and I know that they are genuine people and have been falsely implicated. I look forward to an early response and guidance on this.
Thanks.

HI,
I got married in 2007. and my husband and inlaws had asked for Rs 10.5lacs dowry and and 80 tola gold which was duly given by my parents.
Time and gain i was mentally and physically tortured. they used to demand the entire salary and deny me food and kept asking more money from my parents to buy home. i was hit when i was carrying my child and was asked to leave their house in 2010 when my child was born.
Since then they never enquired about me and have kept my 10.5 lacs, salary, gold, household assets etc worth 32lakhs.
i have filed for DVC case which is due (the husbands side has not claimed the registered copies) and 498a FIR is pending to be filed.
Should I pursue to file the 498a as well or DVC is sufficient. Will both generate the same implications

An FIR was registered against me 4 years earlier. Though i know that i was not involved but mine name was delierately put in the FIR with the objective of destroying mine career as i was little good student. I came to know about that FIR last year.
