I want to lodge a FIR against a woman for fraud, cheating, criminal breach of trust and threatening of life but I am fearing that she can make false allegations of sexual harassment and other allegations.
What I should do and how I prevent her?

Hello Friends,
My estranged husband, NRI - residing and working in USA, abondoned wife and kid 5 years ago ( brought working wife from USA and kid from USA), has filed a divorce case u/s 13 HMA (on the basis of desertion and cruelty - both physical and mental). In family court all the evidences are complete. Court gave arguments date and asked my husband to appear. Please do let me know the procedure for final arguments.
My Query:
========
i) As I appeared in court for 2-3 dates in a row every 20 days taking leaves from my office and this time not able to get leave due to too much leaves from office. How Can I say in court that I am unable to attend court. I am in South and court is in North.
ii) I asked the court to give date atleast after 45 days but my husband lawyers took advantage of situtation and keep date on 20th day.
In the entire case I have not file any case in section 24 ( as I am working but earning very less comapre to my husband) , no sole child custody ( husband is not intersted in child - visit 3 times city but never tried to meet child), no child maintenance. Please let me know what should I do.

Hi,
I am the petitioner. I got exparte order on a civil recovery case. Now after 90 days, the defendant filed petition to reopen the case. i have strong proofs that he was lying for the delay. I already mentioned these in our counter. At the same time we asked for 50% of the order amount to be deposited, if the court decides to condone the delay and reopen the case. Will this amount be acceptable to court? In general what is the acceptable amount as percentage of the order amount?
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
I am the petitioner in a civil recovery case. So far we filed evidence affidavit and waiting for cross examination. After this, I would like appoint some one on my behalf through proper Power of Attorney to attend the court, as I would be travelling. Is it possible? How far I would be responsible for all things done by this Attorney, other than the outcome of this case?
Thanks in advance.

Dear Members,
A company purchased land from land owner by entering into sale deed and payment of 90% of the consideration. The owner gave the possession to the company and a possession receipt has been issued in the name of the company. However the company shall become exclusive owner on payment of remaining 10%.
my question is that what is the impact of not having exclusive ownership on the land?
Thanks.

the problem is property is mutated in my father's name.My father is not alive.
I am the only heir. I have to mutate it in my name. That will take a lot of time.
please tell can I make any rental agreement/leave license agreement without mutating the property in my name?

I need a guidance in following scenario:
A Flat 'F_New' is currently in the name of co-owners 'X' and 'Y'. The Sale Deed for flat 'F_New' does not contain share/interest percetage.
Now,name of the 'X' appears first and name of 'Y' appears second in the Sale Deed of the flat 'F_New'.
'X' has sold its self acquired(Solely possessed) property 'F_Old' and both 'X' and 'Y' have together purchased 'F_New'.
Moreover, 'X' made a WILL before purchasing 'F_New' and bequethed all rights
of 'F_Old' or any other property that 'X' may substitute in place of 'F_Old' or acquire/receive thereafter to 'Y'.
It is final WILL.'X' and 'Y' purchased 'F_new' after this WILL by 'X' got registered. Therefore, it does not contain reference to 'F_New' in the property listing done by 'X' in its WILL.
'X' is deceased. So, 'Y' is the only co-owner who is now alive.'Y' has a sister 'Z' who is married. Both 'Y' and 'Z' are legal heirs of 'X'. 'Y' is unmarried.
Could this property 'F_New' be entirely
transferred in the name of 'Y'? If not, then what should be done so that 'Y' gets absolute ownwership of 'F_New'?
