Building association query

In my Building the committee members have been uncooperative when they were tabled with an application to remove a dangerous pollen bearing tree from the garden which faced my bedroom window and the tree had grown very tall upto 2nd floor height. My elderly mother and 11 yr old son began to ge very sick with allergic rhinitis eve
eye infection hay fever and was bordering line of Asthma..
. Finally after waiting patiently for 3 years and watching the health of my family deteriorate After waiting for 3 years I got the local Chairman of the Municipal Corporation grant me Permission to cut the tree which I did. I waited for 3 years. I want these committee members punished or pay for the cruelty . When I asked them to help me there were 2 committee members who asked me to leave the building if I was not happy with the garden or the tree, which obviously was not an option as I own the flat. I asked them for an apology letter for the bad behaviour of the two committee and to remove the tree but they did neither. I then stopped paying maintenance for 6 months until I got the tree cut by outsourcing the work at my cost.
How can I get justice
1. for the hostile behaviour of the committee members who did not allow to cut /remove or trim the tree under medical grounds viz a viz their personal ego.
2. For the humiliation and insult for asking me to get out of the building in the AGM.
3. For the loss of health that my elderly mother and son have suffered due to the wrong decision of the committee which we suffered.
4. Expenses incurred for the
out-sourcing work of cutting the tree, getting permissions etc.?

5. For removing the stump of the tree which is still under my bedroom window for good so the tree cannot grow again and produce pollen flowers. This is one of the 10 deadliest tree in the world called Alizia julibrissm Mimosa tree , an declared as an ecological threat by the rest of the world and it is only ornamental otherwise higher pollen producing.

Please advise if I can get legal
re-dressal and under which laws.
regards and thanks in advance for your advise.

This association is NOT registered but applied for and the same committee members have been in the committee for the past 8 years and yet not got the building registered.

Removal of advocate & adv.commissioner

Dear Experts,

One of our Colleagues had filed a partition suit in 2009 for claiming right. The court appointed Adv. Commissioner for assessing the value of the property and the probability/possibility for divisibility as well. Accordingly, the Advocate & Adv. Commissioner were colluded with respondents and downsized the valuation and mislead the report with all substandard values. Now my queries are as under: -

1). The case is adjourned to 15th July, can we advance the same by a petition ?

2). The Adv. Commissioner is not submitting the final report to court and says that it cannot be submitted before 15th July.

3). We want to remove both Advocate & Adv. Commissioner with immediate effect. What is the procedure.

Please help us, as we would like to take action with lightening speed to save time, as the petitioner's health is not well.

Regards

Kiran

Registration charges

Respected all members,
One of our company is situated at Delhi and now company want to purchase office premises for it in Delhi.
My query is
1) What is charge of registration of this office property i.e. % of stamp and transfer duty. Is it 5% (if buyer men) or 3% (is buyer is women) ? then for company ?

2) if above mentioned property is owned by another company and we purchase another company then automatically property will be transferred to us so in this case stamp and transfer duty will be levied or not ?

Thanks in advance.....
