Kindly, guide me once stay of lower court proceedings by high court how long stay will be there in high court because I am not in position to appear there. will my case stay forever or time bound or stay means closing of case forever.

1.If there is only one family member is alive and other family member i.e. father, mother,brother,sister in law.all died. then how to get the succession certificate.
2.And how to be an legal heirs of the same property.
3.Is the movable property and immovable property for both applicable succession certificate.

I have applied for some documents under RTI on 31st March, 2014 but till date I have not received any intimation. Hence when I can file appeal under RTI ?

hello ,
Last month on 15-03-2013 i used my SBI net banking to order some computer items from dejevutrands.com , and that site was suppose to ship those times with in 10 days but still they are not sending the items nor refunding the amount.its almost one month over. when ever i spoke with Customer care they say , they will ship the items upcoming week.
even i spoke with EBS.in as EBS.in was the payment gate way for dejavutrends.com and EBS.in people are saying they cant help me in this matter.
last hope was SBI bank so i applied the dispute form and sent it to the sbicards.com people and waiting for them to do something about my issue and to get back my refund from dejavutrands.com ( in every bank chargeback facility is there , were as in sbi its not available . dispute form is some what look like of chargeback)
sbi people are not helping properly , simply they are saying they cant do anything were as other banks help there costumer in these kind of issue.
what should i do to get back my refund...
Note:-
1. there is a customer care on the dejavutrends.com but no one answers that number.
2. there is a address on the dejavutrends.com but in that building there is no dejavutrends office
3. who ever got any items from dejavutrends.com , those items shipped form Ahmadabad or bombay address which are not dejavus official address as said by them on there official site.
4.Owner of Dejavutrends.com is involved in fraud cases previously .( search in google and his biodata will appear in fraud list )
5. i am from andhrapradesh . my local police saying they cant do anything coz dejavu is located in bombay , and my local police dont have cyber cell.

Dear Learned Members,
I need an expert advise to protect my family and myself from wicked wife.
Due to lot of mental cruelties, am filing Judicial Separation from my wife and will be sending summons very soon to her & leave her. Have proof which can prove my innocence and her awkward behavior.
Before that I need to take precautions on Suicidal character of her. She is having suicidal tendencies. She has also warned me that She will do suicide and show the colors to my family one time(For which I dont have proof). She has already attempted Suicides and her father has saved her several times.
Basically , I want her to fight the case in court rather do suicide and make our life hell.
I have below strategies:
Before filing Petition, Send a Lawyer notice to her father stating that am going to send summons. And your daughter is having suicidal tendencies , You should take responsibility and go to her home and take care of her.
File a open complaint to nearest Police station, before a day the summons is going to reach her or FIL.
I want her to be alive and fight me in court room. Because I want her to face judicial system.
I dont mind getting 498A or DV. Because I have sufficient proof to prove my innocence.
Is there any other Ideas to make her and FIL alert.

Hi All,
My friend got engaged with a girl recently but due to some reason he doesn't want to marry the girl. His family has informed the girl side to break off the relationship and the girl side is threatening to make the false dowry allegations against my friend family. Till now there have been just a small roka ceremony between both the families. Please suggest what my friend family can do to call of the relationship and protect themselves from false allegations.
