In a,civil suit what procedure is to be followed for filing final arguments in writing? Is any prior intimation reqd to do so? Pls give full details.

In arguement stage, start with Oral Arguement, and you can file Written notes of Arguements with supporting Authorities/ citation . No any hard and fast rules for it. must give copies to other party/s

nO SPECIAL FORM OR RULE IS THERE TO FILE WRITTEN ARGUMENT. TRY TO FOCUS ON ORAL ARGUMENT THAN ON WRITTEN ARGUMENT.
