Can a blind person remains a managing trustee of any charitable trust

DEAR SIR,

MY FATHER IS AN FOUNDER TRUSTEE OF AN CHARITABLE TRUST AND SINCE LAST 20 YEARS HE IS WORKING AS A MANAGING TRUSTEE OF THE TRUST. 5 YEARS BACK DUE TO AN ACCIDENT HE LOST HIS EYES, SO AS A SON I AM PERFORMING HIS BASIC DUTIES. SINCE LAST FEW MONTHS OTHER TRUSTEE DONT LIKE THIS AS THEY HAVE TO OBEY ME SO, WITH THE HELP OF FEW LOCALS THEY PRESSURIZE US TO RESIGN FROM MANAGING TRUSTEE, THEY ALSO THREATENED US THAT IF WE WILL NOT DO SO THEN THEY WILL MOVE TO COURT.

SO HERE I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THAT CAN A BLIND PERSON REMAINS A MANAGING TRUSTEE OF ANY CHARITABLE TRUSTEE.

Legality of a executed sale deed

Dear Ld.Advocates;
I have one Registered SAle Deed which was executed by my father in my name in Delhi's Registrar Office.

After about 12 years it has come to the knowledge, that the Sale Deed was registered but it was not signed by the Sub-Registrar on presentation endorsement and on acceptance of consideration by me father. On these two endorsements Sub-Registrar's signatures are not appearing, but on another page Sub-Registrar signed a REGISTERED certificate u/s 60 of R.A.1908.

Now a civil case is coming against us that Sub-Registrar's signataures were mendatory upon two endorsemnts u/s 52, 58 & 59 of R.A.1908. Registrar officetold me that now, they cannot do anything in this regards.

Please advise whether this type of Executed Sale Deeds are acceptable today or the same will be declared Null & Void by the Court.

Please Advise,
With Regards
Kaushal Sharma

Domicile of a state

I have a case & I have posted it in details about it in my query as well. It was about admission of my daughter into MBBS aginst her EAMCET 2013 rank under CAP quota. The case was filed on 16 Jul, regd on 18 Jul and admitted on 8 Aug 2013. EAMCET counselling for special quota ( under CAP quota) held on 11 Sep and then finalised supposedly by 30 Sep 2013. But the honouble Judges despite oral, written submission by my advocate did not take up the case with no reason / explanation cited. I have taken NOC from my Adv and to defend my writ as PIP.I have submitted my request for an urgent hearing to even the CJ of AP High Court has no effect. But court has to hear it as I am not going to quit come what may. I know for sure that hon-ble Judge has no option but to
" to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction and: (a) by declaring the action of the respondent No.3in refusing the CAP Certificate to the petitioner No.1, as illegal and unconstitutional (b) to direct the respondent No.1 to 3 to forthwith issue the CAP Certificate to the petitioner No. 1 enabling him to seek the admission of the petitioner No. 2in MBBS Seat in CAP Quota for 2013-2014"
And the University of Health & Science will object as it is delayed by a year etc etc.
What option(s) is/are available to me if the order is not effected with retrospect? What option is available to me to ensure the ZSWO , the Director Sainik Welfare, the GP Home , the Home department officials as well as the Registrar of the High court are brought to book for intentional delay?
