How to retreive the property

My father bought a property on my name (900 sqft) and on my brother 4800 sqft. My father started a construction company named aaa on my brother name. He has not Made me as a partner in the company and bank accounts as i am in school stage at that time. After his death my brother maintained the account in his name and he has projected me as a worker in the company aaa. Every one was told he has not got the enough income. AS he his the proprietor got insurance for more proportion and me as 1/4 proportion. In order to get the supervisors in his control, he asked me to register the 900 sqft on the supervisor name. But i regieted it. But still he insisted me to do the registration instead of parting his land to the supervisor. I was asked to forcefully get the settlement registered leaving behind the 900 sqft not taking into account in the settlement made. can i get back that 900 sqft value from the value of settlement made as i have objected it.

Inquiry

hello to all Respected Experts . I am Amit Maheshwari (Advocate) and need some suggestions on this matter .
A property was attached by Income tax Dept. due to outstanding of Income tax . In this property a Trust was Decreed by court to register 65% property in his favor . now the ratio is 65% in favor of trust and 35% is in favor of Income Tax Department . And this is Undivided portion between both parties . About 7-8 years ago a land scam-er has taken Possession of 3 go-downs in said property by illegal way . After this he (land scam-er) given these go-downs on rent to unauthorized tenants by a Agreement of on 100 rs. stamp convincing them that he is the owner of the said go-down . I got a photo state copy of Agreement from one tenant . In this Agreement land scam-er says that he is owner of this go-down and rent is rs. 5000/- per month starting from 1 Aug 2008 . I send many letters to IT dept. but they are not taking any action about the confusing for their portion which is undivided . And Trust is also not taking any action for family feud . I want to know for my knowledge Is it allow under sec 39 or 154 Cr.p.c. any other person who is not concerned about the said property but as a responsible citizen can he lodge a complain about this crime or is there any other provision for lodging complain about this matter in law .

Dvc - trial

HI All,

Background of the case: 498A and DVC cases have been filed on me, mom, father, brother. R-1,2,3,4 respectively

498A trial has started and cross questioning of witness is going on.

DVC - My brother has applied for Quash in high court and got a stay order until further orders as complainants have not responded to high court. Currently DVC is getting adjourned for last one year because of the high court stay order. Now the complainant asked hon'ble session court judge to keep my brother seperately and continue with trial for rest others.

Now my questions are :
1. Can court allow trial for R- 1,2,3 and R-4 seperately?

2. If allowed , It will be waste of time for both court and Responsdents for seperate trials as R-1,2,3 should again attend trail of R-4 ?

Thanks in advance,

Sbi card - wrong billing amount & nobody has replied till date.

Hi, I want to lodge a complaint online on SBI card.
The outstanding amount which they are proclaiming is wrong.
In connection to this I wanted to know how they calculated it & may be I could be wrong for which I have sent several mails asking to resolve the query on their designated contacts mentioned on website (feedback@sbicard.com & NodalOfficer@sbicard.com). But till date I have not received any reply from them.(I also informed them that I have relocated to UAE for Job so please contact on email ID or UAE contact no) I have also posted the same on their fb page on which somebody replied and I thought now my query will be addressed but nothing has been addressed instead they are calling on my India no which is now with my Mom. I am really pissed off The outstanding billing is more than 17K Rs as per my calculation. I really want to get rid of this. By paying off completely but on the right amount and closing it. Somebody please advice and help. Thanks in Advance

Muslim girl's right in ancestral property

let us first introduce you about our background to enable the learned counsels to advice us as to the legal options open to us.
we are Sunni Muslims belonging to the state of Andhr apradesh. We are a family of three sisters and two brothers, all are married. My father inherited all the properties from my grand father and want to gift all the properties to sons to the exclusion of daughters without any share in the property. Our contention is that he did not spent anything for our marriages and we had no agreement to relinquish our right in the property.
Please advice the applicable laws we can file a suit under..

Thank you..
