Hi,
My father has purchased a plot from a friend of his who acted as a relator/dealer. The deal took place around 9 to 10 years back.
My father paid the entire amount for the plot and the registration was also completed. Later on, this particular relator/dealer started demanding more money to handover the registration papers (as the demand for those plots had gone up and others were willing to pay more). My father refused to pay more money and followed wait and watch approach, but his friend never handed over the papers and they are still with him.
As this relator/dealer was a close friend of my father, he did not take this matter to police nor did he inform our family about this until now (9 to 10 years later).
My query now is how can we solve this matter legally. Please keep in mind that we do not yet have the registration papers nor the survey number/plot number with us? Can I approach police in regard to this matter? Can I send a lawyer notice demanding papers handover?
Any expert help in this matter is greatly appreciated.

Sir,
A Public Trust registration is pending since 1970 (44 years). Civil litigation is going on the property of public trust. Vested interests are not letting the trial complete and are continuously destroying the property which worth several hundred crores.
Kindly let me know what can be done in this matter.

My wife worked with Tech Indira IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from March 15, 2012 to August 08, 2012 as Asst. Sales Manager with monthly salary of Rs. 28,000 and T&E reimbursement but she got only Rs. 40,000 for this total period and till date she has not received her final due Rs. 86,309. We continuously following with MD of this company Mr. Vinay Rana but he always gives fake statements that he will pay dues but never received any positive response from his side. He issued a check of Rs. 40,000 to her but that got bounced and we had copy of that check. We filled complaint in labour department but not received any solution.
Please suggest that what is the best way to get dues from that company.

My friend has the Athi trees garden in near Dindigul District, Tamilnadu. The trees were theft by his relatives with the help of Revenue inspector. The Value of athi trees is around Rs.10 Lakhs. It is inheritance property. At the time of theft of the trees, The revenue Inspector Knows the fact, But she charged the fine Rs.50, 000/- for ceasing and released the timbers to the theft parties. What Steps to be taken to recover the trees and what action to be taken against the theft parties and Revenue Inspector. Please clarify my Doubt?

In a case of 406/420, the accused in his bail application with affidavit mentioned some false facts. The court granted bail. what action / remedy available against such accused and how to proceed. whether separate complaint u/s 190/191/192/193 or complaint to the Court who granted bail.

iam ameer i belong to muslim community
I married a girl from sc community in 2011.as love marriage in muslim procedures (nikha).
After that I faced a lot of problems with her.she is not good and verrrry arogant and lazy.we always quarel each other.nearly 6-8counsellings were over .including in police station.
Now last week she left my house and said to my relatives that I thrown her out.
We had a kid of 10 months old.every time she used to threaten me that she will leave house and 3times neighbours hv stopped when she packed her all belongings ready to leave the house.
And 2times she tried to cut her arm with knife and I stopped and one time she thrown her dress on burning stove that also I saved her.
Every time she is scolding me like Im roaming with girls and using abusive language.
Finally last week she left house and went to her moms house and after two days she came back and took her all her clothes and belongings and went off.
Really its hell living wd her.
Now the question is
can I send talaq nama by post or it needs her willing ??
What can I do if she files case against me in atrocity case or 498a.
Can I directly say to police that I cannot live wd heris it punishable offence ??
Iam alone living In my own house owned by my father(late )and my mother is also not alive.
Can she file case against my sister living in chennai as my friend telling that she will book me in sc atrocity case and 498 on my sister
pls give ur valuable suggestions as I need a lot of help.

maintenance order has been passed by hon.court before 6 month and i have applied for decrease the maintenance amount but court has not favor me now my wife to increase the maintenance amount what to know time period for appeal for increasing the maintenance amount ready do one time settlement but she asking too too much amount

I am curious and would like some info on the following :-
1) My father's uncle (Chaca who was a bachelor)died in Malaysia and left a will for his nephews children for his ancestral property in Punjab.
2) Unfortunately, the original will went missing and when the copy of the will together with the lawyer who has witness the will was brought to be probated in Malaysia, which according to the lawyers in India that the will requires to be probated in the original country, we were advised otherwise. Malaysian court has informed us that the will needs to be probated in Punjab as all the property belonging to the deceased is there.
3) I want some expert legal advise as this matter has been going on for almost 20 yrs now.

Dear Sir,
I gave some money to my friend as hand loan and took a cheque from him which I can submit it to bank at later stages.
Now my friend is returning that amount and when I approached bank to submit that cheque given by him they were telling that its not CTS cheque.
What should I do now ? My friend is flying to America in few more days.

Willing to donate property for social activities
Dear Sir, I am seeking advice how to complete the below mentioned deal legally perfect
One person want to donate his property for social activities to either a society or an organisation or a trust after his and his wife death as they (husband and wife)want to utilize this property during their life, but he want assurance that after their death if their legal heirs even try to cancel this donation should not be succeed.
Should be proceed with trust deed or will deed is their any other better option. If proceeds with trust deed how to make it and what are the important points to be added in trust deed
