Charitable public trust

Sir,

A Public Trust registration is pending since 1970 (44 years). Civil litigation is going on the property of public trust. Vested interests are not letting the trial complete and are continuously destroying the property which worth several hundred crores.

Kindly let me know what can be done in this matter.

The case is pending for aprox. 40 years and at least 2 Kg. of papers / documents must have been in the case file. It is not possible to advise without going through all the papers. Consult some senior local lawyer and show him case file.
