Hi All,
I have a close family friend (male) who has been alleged for 354a in November 2013. The female has put a false case of robbery and physical abuse. There is no evidence of the act taking place as it had not ever happened. The people that she claimed to be the evidence have given written statement of the fact being false. The female is 30yrs and the boy(22yrs.)
The police has not filed the charge sheet as of yet.
It seems that she is trying to make money out of this situation.
Can someone suggest of the where about and the next steps to be taken.

Sir I got married in 2009.this was 2nd marriage because my first wife got expired in 2005.I have explained my past to my second wife and their family before marriage.His uncle is also doing job with me. i m having one son (10 yrs)form first wife and second son (3 yrs) with second wife. from starting my wife got frustrated because of her marriage and do not want to stay with me. in 2009 she left me her family also did want to sent back her but due to social pressure and guided by her relative she came back.whenever she went to her home she refused to come back from her home.I requested to her then she came back.Now since last year she stayed with her parent and refused to come back. i requested to her and their family members bt they are blaming for my first wife son and in-Law.they didnot allow me to talk with my son. and informed to forget my son and my wife otherwise they will trap me in DOWRY CASE etc. whereas i didnot take a single penny with them. please guide me how can i save myself and my mother.

SIR, IN MY LAST QUERY I ASKED ABOUT IF MY WIFES PREVIOUS DIVORCE TOOK BY MAKING FORGED SIGNATURE OF HER, AS I GOT REMARRIED TO HER. LATER I COME TO KNOW ABOUT THAT SO U GUIDED ME THAT I CAN APPLIED FOR MARRIAGE NULL AND VOID, BUT WHAT HAPPENED IF;
1. sir what happened if hand writing expert says that it is not her signature but she says that it is her signature.
2. actually she never come to court her mother has made her signature, because that signature is matching with her mother handwriting.

Brief summary of the case:
Mr. Takhat Singh made Will dated 22.03.1965 and thereby created a public charitable Trust known as “Bhoor Singh Bagh Singh Public Charitable Trust” and donated all his properties worth several hundred crores to this Public Trust in Jaipur (Rajasthan).
Mr. Takhat Singh died issueless on 05.05.1970 and also did not adopt anyone.
Trustees of “Bhoor Singh Bagh Singh Public Charitable Trust” applied for its registration on 27.07.1970 at Assistant Commissioner, Devasthan Department, Jaipur (Rajasthan) on the basis of Will dated 22.03.1965 executed by Mr. Takhat Singh.
Appellant Jeewan Singh objected registration of the Trust on the basis forged Will dated 01.05.1970 executed in his favour by Mr. Takhat Singh.
Another appellant Bhawani Singh objected registration of the Trust on the basis of being adopted son of Mr. Takhat Singh.
Appellant Jeewan Singh filed a civil suit for the properties left by late Mr. Takhat Singh on the basis of his forged Will dated 01.05.1970. Later in 1980, he withdrew his suit, without proving his alleged Will, under Order 23 Rule 1 (1) CPC (abandoned his claim without permission to file fresh suit).
Appellant Bhawani Singh’s adoption claim was denied by Jagir Commissioner, Jaipur (Rajasthan) on 12.12.1967. Bhawani Singh’s appeal against this order in Revenue Board, Ajmer (Rajasthan) was also dismissed after 45 years on 17.02.2012.
Appellants Jeewan Singh and Bhawani Singh are still abusing the judicial process and are not letting the civil suit trial complete on this property even after 44 years have passed.
The extremely slow process of our judicial system and its fragility has led this property, which was meant for public welfare, being destroyed by these vested interests.
Kindly advise on this matter..

Dear experts,
recently the central govt passed a bill Hurriedly regarding A.P.state separated/divided as Telengana and seemandhra separate states from 2nd june,2014.some body has been challenged the same in the hon'ble Supreme Court of India. now it is pending for disposal.
i request the experts through LCJ a clear views about the same and can a govt. pass the such an impartent bills hurriedly though there many impartent bills like women bill etc; is there any legal sanctity for the same.a great wonder the bill was passed closing the cameras for not to visible to the nation.thanq in advance.

Validity of undergraduate degree
I got admission in an engineering college in Sept 2010 and joined the regular classes all the time from Sept 2010.Though panickly I also took admission in another university in rgular BA course in 2011 but here no class runs at all.I also sat for first year exam of BA in 2013 wihout attending any class here. But left BA after that.Meanwhile I was regular in class attending in my engineering college taking all the internal and external exams.Since classes are not run in that BA college even in regular course(a fact).
Sir please make me clear whether my engineering degree will get cancelled and what action can be taken against me.
