Dear sir,
We live in an apartment in Bangalore. The apartment is registered as joint owners between my wife and her Mother. Last May my mother in law passed on. Now I have two questions which need some clarifications.
1) How do I remove my mother in laws name in the sale deed. We have the death certificate.
2) We want to add my father in laws name in the same sale deed. How can we do this. What will be approximately the cost to do this.
Awaiting you response

District Munsif court ordered the respondent to remove the cell phone tower in the residential area. If the respondent fails to remove the cell phone tower, the petitioner was permitted to remove the tower on the cost of respondent. The respondent was not ready to remove the tower. Respondent not ready to obey the court order in original suit (temporary injunction) as well as the EP order. Whether the revenue authorities directed to remove the tower since it is comes under public nuisance. What are the other remedies available to the petitioner to remove the tower.
Dear Experts this is in connection with Sec 301 Crpc.
In order to keep control over the stage managed criminal trial (between Accused and APP), if a Victim who is also a Witness wants to assist the APP himself /herself and not through any pleader, then in such a situation can the Victim / witness make an application under sec 301 crpc and will it be allowed ?
Kindly guide me if there is any other provision that the Victim can avail in the interest of justice.
REspected Sir,
My dad’s ancestral property is in kerala. Certain persons encroached based on forged will. Civil case pending. For speedy remedy we approached police to file FIR . Police refused.
So we filed private complaint u/s. 200 crpc before CJM Court , trivandram .
1. Now the question is, at this stage can we seek direction from High Court u/s. 482 CRPC ,directing police authorities to file FIR and shall we withdraw this private complaint u/s. 200 crpc ?
2. Or what is the remedy for our quick disposal?
3. Can we approach the Kerala state Human rights Commission for denial of our rights, as the opponents denied entry into our property and threatened us .
4. If we need to approach Kerala state Human rights Commission what is the procedure generally?
We are three legalhairs of our parents property among them two wants go for bank loan do it can be done for the two people"s share of property what legality u think u have to do

Dear sir,
In a Joint account, Myself and my husband bought a flat in Bangalore. The Apartment has got 6 divisions / Flats and one pent house which has no documents. All the 6 flats has been sold to individual owners now. On the mutual understanding of land owner and builder, there is pent house which is currently used by the old Land owner.
He is in a plan to sell the pent house, once the Akrama and sakrama proceedure gets functioned. Would like to add that old land owner is maintaining the property - housekeeping, electicity, water and lift by collecting money from all of us.
Till now, he has stopped us in forming the owner's association, as it effects him from BBMP.
Hence we (flat owners) want to know on below, Kindly help us in guiding
1. Will the illegal pent house becomes legal when he pays tax in Akrama sakrama happens. (it is at 100% voilation)
2. Will the pent house user will have right on common areas and land . (The land is divided into 6 undivided equal parts as per the agreements we all have).
3. Do we get benefited from forming a owner's association and registering it. What will be the proceedure.
4. In future, can this pent house owner (Who may buy) will be a threat to us. Will this affects on our rights on the flat / its amenties like parking, common area , lift etc
5. Should we complaint to BBMP on this. How can this help.
6. As the pent house user does not have a share in property's land (As he sold his share of 3 flats to individuals), is he eligible to stay in penthouse.
Kindly advise on the same and support us. Expecting your Guidance...
Have attached the document of Builder and land owner fyr.
Thanking you,
Amratha

Maternity benefit
Dear Sirs,
My company Policy says maternity benefit/miscarriage benefit will be given to a female employee as per the laws but only once in her complete service tenure in our company. Is it legal, what if a female employee has availed benefits of maternity/miscarriage leave once and after a couple of years plans another child? Or what in case she has availed leaves after her miscarriage and plans to have a child after some time? Shall in this case my company reserves right to terminate her employment because she is expecting a baby and the company does not want to give her the maternity benefits twice? please share your views and guide me through this as I am into a process of revising all the HR policies.
