I had filed a writ petition in the Bombay high crt which got dismissed on 10 march 2014, which I have to challenge in the supreme crt of india.but somehow I was not well and due to vacation did not get confirmed train ticket for delhi and there are summer vacation from 12 may. so I want to ask is that
1--- IS there any difference of opinion or judgement passed by the vacation bench than the normal working bench.
2---- what is the time limit to challenge the order of the high crt. 60 or 90 days.

In my plot where I am residing, one old building was demolished in the year 2008 and a new building Tower is constructed in lieu of old building. I have strict proof that the XX Society of the old building is not owner of land and that no occupation certificate was held by the said Society. In spite of the building being unauthorized, the Executive Engineer, (Building & Proposal Department) had erroneously in corrupt way sanctioned plan and granted Commencement certificate for reconstruction of old building. (Obviously it was demolition C.C.), as such the illegal Tower is raised in the place of old building.
The order of Hon'ble Mumbai City Civil Court dated 19-7-1974 prohibiting construction activity in the Plot against the said Society. I obtained a certified copy in the year 2011.
Thereafter I made Application before the State Public Information officer of Building & Proposal Department under R.T.I. Act, 2005 requiring information about Occupation Certificate and other relevant documents(documents showing list of tenants of old building, area of flats of old building, authorization proof of old building) submitted by the said Society/ Architect before Executive Engineer at the time of application for reconstruction of old XX building which (It must be submitted in the file of building Permit IOD of new building). The executive Engineer knowing very well that such documents were not taken on record while sanctioning plan against the old building, did not replied my RTI Application within 30 days. So I filed First Appeal under RTI. The appellate Authority directed the SPIO to furnish me the desired information and that in case such documents not available in the file, directed SPIO to reply me accordingly. Thereafter SPIO did not furnish me the required information nor send me reply. Hence I filed Second Appeal before the CIC in the year 2012. Last week I received letter from CIC to attend hearing of the Second Appeal under RTI, 2005 on Monday 5th May, 2014.
The SPIO did not furnish me the desired information under RTI Act and thus would amount to deficiency in service by the public authority under the Consumer Protection Act 1986.
My query is as follows:
1)Can I straight away demand Compensation for not providing desired information by SPIO for deficiency in service by the public authority under the Consumer Protection Act 1986?
2)Whether my desired information under RTI is reasonable which relates to the old building which was demolished and new building proposal was sanctioned for new building without changing name of the old building?
3)Whether there is any provision in BMC ACT or MRTP ACT and Building regulations of Maharashtra to take documents like Occupation Certificate, documents showing list of tenants of old building, area of flats of old building, authorization proof of old building on record by Planning Authority while granting building permit for new building in lieu of old building? (There is corrupt practice going on by the Architects in Mumbai for not submitting old records before demolition of old building)

Dear Experts,
Married for last ten years and two children. My wife a lazy bones not doing any houseold duties, irresponsible behaviour. Abusive language for all family members and children also. Deserted the house many times under the guidance of her father who claims to be an LLB graduate.
This is the sixth time she has deserted the house to avoid the basic household duties and finally asked for maintenance u/s 125 crpc with section 10(3) with all false allegations of dowry and other things.I was working in a private company which was later sold out to other company seven years ago. Since then I have been working as a frelancer. And for the past two years I could not go for any job because of my wifes torturing attitude to all my family members and also threatening to kill the children. Please advice what should I do to avoid giving maintenance to my wife as I am jobles and also I have to attend the court prceedings.

Hello.
Me and my wife seperated by an agreement its been 9 years.After 3 years she filed bogus case IPC 323,294,506.And after another 4 years she filed 498 and She is higly educated and earning handsome salary so in DV She asked for residence order u/s 19 and finally judge ordered 8000 for residence. Its been 9 years to our separation then also is she entitled to get money for residence? She has filed bogus criminal cases 323,506 and 498 etc in one of this case 323,506 we are aquitted but still Magistrate mentioned that DV is quasi civil in nature and on preponderance of probabilities violence has been done.Is there any chance to dismiss this residence order?? Please help

1. IS IT NECESSARY TO GET THE WILL REGISTETRED ?
2. IS A NON REGISTERED WILL BE VALID TO GET A PROBATE FROM THE COURT ?

My salary is 13000 P.M. My wife is not working. She is MBA and earning 15000 PM before marriage. We have no child as marriage was not consummated. My wife has stayed 30 days in my house. My father is retired govt employee and my mother is also working. We have our own home and I have zero liability.
I mean to say that she is more qualified then me. I have graduate degree and she has masters degree.
I am in private job. As at any point if I loss my job, even then do i have to pay maintenance to my wife decided by the court?

Respected Experts,
I reside in a flat in Bangalore and is entitled to a covered car park as per agreement.
I own a car but not allotted a car park. Another person who does not own a car has been allotted a car park.
However I have parked my car in that space allotted to the other person who does not have a car.
Now he is trying to block me from parking the car. As he wants to rent it out to others and asks me to park my car on the public road.
Please advice.

Dear Sir,
My name is Vignesh.I am planning to change my name as Vigneshwar due to numerological reasons. Numerologist suggested me to change my name as early as possible to get the positive vibes. I read in some forum that the name change procedure in gazette takes around 45 days. I am going to USA in the month of august for higher studies. For that, I may have to start the processes like Visa,flight booking,Immigration, etc in the last week of may. Please let me know if I can start my name change process now and use the old name for the aforementioned processes till the name gets changed in gazette? If yes, then please guide me on how to get the name changed in other docs before flying to USA. In a nutshell, I am planning to change my name in all the documents without any hassles and before going abroad. Is it feasible? Any suggestions will be of great help . Thanks in advance

A friend of mine is seeking Divorce from her wife, their marriage happened in Sept. 2010. Afterwards his wife's relation was not good with the friends parents, i.e., her in-laws, resulting which my friend has taken a rented place and start living with her. But due to financial problems and low salary he was not able to manage for long.
Meanwhile his wife started some education course and use to go to her parents home for studies and exams, every 2 - 3 months. Also they both shifted back with the boys parents. Her wife on one occasion went for her exams and didn't come back, stating reasons for exams, then her mother illness, then due to her grandmother's death, then again her exams and so on. In the entire period my friend has tried many a times to convince her to come back home, every time she gave one or the other reason. Now the girl is with her parents, and working (earning) there.
Also she has wrongfully made a case to women's cell, asking that she will only come in situation when her husband, if he would stay with her in a separate rented house. Even the officers at women's cell tried to convince her to stay with her husband, but she has put the same condition.
My friend does not want to leave his parental home due to his low salary, and now as it's being 2.5 years that she has not returned back in spite her husband and father in law has visited her at her parent's place to get her back with them, but no time she has returned back.
A case is pending in court for the divorce form my friend's side, the girl does not come on hearing, only their lawyer presents the case asking maintenance, share in property, etc. The girl seems to be seeking money in lieu of divorce.
Please suggest a remedy so that Divorce could be taken without much of delay as the situation is causing mental trouble to him.
How long does these type of cases remain pending in the court, could there be any situation where he could ask for early remedy from court.
Kindly suggest.

I want exemption
Dear lawyers,
i am trapped in CBI case without knowing.they filed me as A2.my native is other state(TN).i am not able to attain court regularly.since i am 27.i am in plan to settle my career at this stage.wat can i do?.when this case ends?.nobody is providing proper information.i am unable to do anything.whether i want to get any exemption.the hearing dates are 3-4 in a month.i am totally depressed.i am married also.please suggest any solutions!!!.
