SIR,
I HAVE TAKEN LOAN IN STATE BANK OF INDIA FOR PURCHASING A FLAT AND CONTINUOUSLY PAYING EMI BUT DUE TO PERSONNEL REASONS TWO MONTHS NOT ID AFTER THAT I HAVE BEEN PAYING REGULARLY BUT TWO MONTHS EMI ACCUMULATED TWO ARE THREE TIMES PAID LESS THAN EMI BUT RESPONDING TO BANKERS PHONE CALLS SOME TIMES THERE ARE CALLING IN MY WORKTIME BANK MANAGER HAS GIVEN SMS PAY THE EMI ON OR BEFORE 25TH APRIL 2014OR OTHER WISE PROPERTY GOES TO NPA I RUSHED TO BANK AND PAID PART OF THE EMI THE TOTAL PENDING IS BELOW THE 3 INSTALMENTS BUT ON 27th APRIL PROPERTY RECOVERY AGENTS HAS COME INSIST ME TO THE DUES WITH IN 7 DAYS THEY CARRIED BEFORE DATE i.e 21st APRIL AND TAKEN MY SIGNATURE ON THE PAPER AFTER THAT I HAVE COMPLAINTED TO THE BANK MANAGER REGARDING THE RECOVERY AGENTS BEHAVIOUR AND WHAT IS THE NECESSARY TO SEND THE RECOVERY AGENTS MY EMI PENDING AMOUNT NOT CROSSED 3 MONTHS BUT THE MANAGER AGENTS BEHAVE LIKE THAT ONLY OR OTHER WISE PAY THE DUES IMMEDIATELY OR OTHERWISE CLOSE THE LOAN ACCOUNT I CANNOT GIVE EXPLANATIONS TO SUPERIORS. WHEN THE MANAGER BEHAVES ARROGANTLY WHAT THE CUSTOMER HAS TO DO CAN I COMPLAINT BANKING OMBUDSMEN PLEASE ADVISE T.Q

Trust is constituted with three trustees, duly registered since last three years. Now two will resign & new two trustees will appoint. what will be the procedure to change trustees. please advice.

Dear experts
my wife has left house after several quarells.its very tough to lead life with her .so I took this decision.she is calling me and messaging me like I need my passport and aadhar card as she left these in my house.she added messages me that she will leave dubai .I am not responding to her messages and phones and I only sent one message to come and take her passport.
now its 15days she left house and she is in her mothers house.now the question is can I send talaq by post?
my friend told if u remain calm fr six months to one year they will come fr settlement.now if u send talaq they can file cases and demand more money from you,he said.
so please advice me what step can I take in my life;waiting or sending talaq.
in muslim is there any act for giving maintainence for wife other than child ?
in iddath period how much we have to pay fr her..??

Can it be possible to notarize them in her absence and without origials?
will notary raise objection?

Now one order is received to me and for that I have to buy box from 1 party and accessories from another client and accessories I am giving to 1st party for fitting I am buying from both the client on CT1, I have these export order, please suggest what to do and how to do.

One of my Tenants formed a PVT LTD Co without my NOC in 1990.I came to know this in 2002 when he transferred his shares to another party. Suit was filed on all. The suit was disposed off in 2004 as the Tenant was ready to settle the matter out of the court. But after filing consent terms the tenant went back on his words. In the consent terms PVT LTD co was accepted as the TEnant and the director was barred from carrying out any illegal additions/alterations, no encroachment of common areas of property, No laying of new pipe line. But terms agreed were not followed by the Tenant and Director and what ever was not allowed in consent terms was done and again a eviction suit is filed by me which is at Cross examination stage.
At the time of formation of Co the previous tenant has not taken any NOC.I visited the ROC office to inspect the documents filed at the time of registration of Co. But I did not find any paper there except the account statements of the Co. On inquiring with the office I was told that this office does not keep any document and all the papers are sent to the collectors office. In the matter of fact the collector office is responsible for maintaining the Land records and not the Co records. I think the ROC officials have been bribed by the Director of Co and all papers are taken out of the file.
I wanted to file an RTI on ROC but they didnot accept saying that RTI cannot be filed physically.It should be filed online.
Is there any law whereby I cannot file RTi on Registrar of Companies
Please advice.

Neighbour constructed wall in our property
Respected sir,
Our is a small plot of land in kerala,dist ernakulam, in that the neighbour has constructed a wall extending the area of his to our plot. instead of straight wall the neighbour made a curved wall occupying our land in to theirs. While we have noted in our plan that the wall is straight between us and them. Can anyone help how to proceed in this matter.
