Dear Sirs
A Civil case for recovery was compromised and defendant agreed to pay Rs.100000/per month till next 10 months. accordingly Compromised agreement was signed and placed before court and party even paid 1st installment however there after party is not paying the amount and now 5 installments is due.
Last date Court even questioned such conduct of the Defendant and asked the Plaintiff to bring an application for decreeing the suit on the basis of compromise Agreement so that in execution defendant can be pressurized under a threat of arrest
However I doubt, Can Court straightaway pass a decree on the basis of Compromise Agreement is there any supreme court Judgment on this.. Please suggest
best regards

I have a office in a commercial Building in Mumbai which is more than 30 years old.
It is a three storey building.
On the third floor there is a terrace which the builder has not yet handed over to the society and has his Lock on the same.
He has executed a sale Deed for the terrace in his individual name and claims that he has sold the terrace to himself as an individual.
Not sure if the building has conveyance.
There was no registration required then so it is a non registered agreement.
I wish to know what are the builders (as an individual)rights for the same and weather the society can sell the same to an existing member.

Is it compulsory to register in service tax if services are given out of Indian boundary
Dear experts, please advice me on following doubts :
1)When Son, Grandson and Great grandson acquiring rights over property? And when Class I legal heirs acquire the right over the property ? - What’s the difference between these two concepts?
(2)As per my understanding if three generation formed , it will gives right over property, if so, Father dies leaving behind his ancestral property by leaving behind son and grandson only, then, how property rights devolve?
(3)What about rights of fourth or fifth generation ?

A widow of a Government employee filed a civil suit in the Jan. 2008 against State and sought the claim of pension and family pension. Hon'ble trial court decreed the suit in Nov. 2009 and defendants are directed to pay the relief so decreed to the plaintiff. Appeal was not filed against the above said judgment and decree by the concerned official of the state working at that time. Now plaintiff filed a execution petition and Hon'ble court attached the property of the state. My question is whether at this stage, the state can file any appeal or revision in High Court against the judgment and decree passed in 2009 as well as order of attachment passed by the executing court. Please suggest me any remedy in favour of the state along with case law.
Thanks and have a meaningful day.

We have purchased a flat in Mumbai, Andheri in the names of me, my mother and my brother in 1997 and paid stamp duty as per the agreement but not registered the same. In 2006 my mother gifted it to me and my brother after lump sum consideration gave to my wife as per mutual understanding via gift deed on 500 rs stamp paper which was also not registered. The names on the share certificate also changed in the name of me and my wife.In 2008 under amnesty scheme we registered our 1997 agreement. But 2006 gift deed was not attached to that. Now what is the solution to make 2006 gift deed registered? Is it necessary to get it registered? Please advice.

Respected Experts,
I would like to go for REVIEW of ORDERS in same High Courtwhich were dated on 18.10.2012 in high court on two reasons which I found now in 2014 High Court and got confirmed obtaining CD copies.
1. My signature was forged by a lawyer whom i doesnt know on vakalatnama
2. High Court has given orders such as which doesnt relate either to FIR or petitioner.
Can I file a review petition on the same.
