Dear experts,
My name is Abhi singh. I have problem that my all joint faimly property belongs in the name of "my father's uncle & his son". My joint faimly is devided in 1980 by orally. There was no evidence of deviding. And nothing was given to my father. My father was nothing do that time. Now I want to revoke my share. So what should I do ?? If I go to court than how many chances that judgement will be in my favour ?? And how much time take ?? Please suggest me with all related Act, provision & also relevent section.. I again repeated that all property is jointly purchased. & property is in the name of "my father's uncle & his son".... thanks.

Dear Members,
Please help me with a little query--
one of my friend took educational loan of rupees 200000 from syndicate bank in the year 2009 for pursuing B.tech. unfortunately he did not get a decent employment till now.A week back from now he received a notice from bank to repay the loan amount, along with arrears at the rate of 2% within seven days. This is the first notice that he has received from the bank demanding repayment of loan. my question is-
1.can he buy some more time from the bank to pay the amount?
2.can he apply for exemption regarding payment of interest & arrears?
3.what legal steps can bank initiate after serving the notice & the legal remedies available to my friend.

Dear Learned fellow professionals,
I had bought a flat in 2010 in resale, which was allotted to the original allottee in year 1990.
Now recently GDA had send show cause notice for cancellation of the same because there was violation of 1 condition mentioned in the application that allottee should not have any other property of GDA.
Whether GDA is justified in taking such action after lapse of 25 years & that too when the original allottee is nowhere in picture?

I run a small manufacturing unit. I was made an offer in 2006 by the proprietor of a propritorship providing man power services that he can provide me 3 persons who are his employees to work on my premises, produce for me on my machines for a fixed monthly fee as quoted. The term is for 11 months. The offer was on plain paper. I verbally accepted and he sent his workmen. He has since made consective offers every eleven months, and that arrangement continues. He has increased his fee on every term, he is below the service tax slab hence not a registeted dealer. All payments are by cheques. Question now is: 1) Does such an 11 months arrangement require payment of duty, an therefore had to be executed on stamp paper before a notary? If yes what is the remidy, when so much time has lapsed? 2) What are the repercussions on me in respect of labour law? Kindly advise. Thankyou
