inheritance of property

sir , I was adopted at the age of 2 years by my maasi and mausa without any paperwork. After my marriage tension started brewing at home, sometimes turned into not on talking terms for days. I was barred from going to shop and denied any money. Then one day I came to know that after 30 years of my age my father (mausa) debarred me from everything (property was made by him) before dying. Before death he also registered the debarred papers. Me and mausi were not in talking terms and she filed a suit against me which was decreed. she never filed suit for possession of property against me. but before death she wrote a will on a plane paper that all the property to be transferred in one of the persons name who is also a relative of mausi. Now that relative has filed suit against me. My query is that what rights I have as adopted son as now I don't have right on my bilogical parents property . please guide.

Termination of services without due notice

A is employed by B on permanent basis after completion of trial. Appointment letter clearly states one month notice or one month salary in lieu of notice on either side. Within three months A was asked to leave the job by giving the previous month salary. Now A is due for one month notice pay, bonus amount deducted from his salary, provident fund deducted, professional tax (A is a senior citizen above 65 years of age). Now what is the remedies left to A to recover his dues. Is there any forum which could dispose of this case immediately? If not which is the court of jurisdiction? Will some one could advise?

Occupier tenant

Dear Sirs,
12 May 2014
On April 2006, "A" an owner holding 900 Sq.Ft area Row House was given on Leave and Licence on a Security Deposit of Rs.5,00,000/= and entered into an agreement without mentioning the date of commencement and expiry. The rent or compensation amount is not mentioned. It is mentioned only that the occupier (Tenant) will be responsible for making payments towards Electricity and Water Charges. The Occupier has been paying regularly the Electricity and Water Charges to the authorities. "A" sold the house to one "B" and the Occupier further paid an amount of Rs. 5,00,000/= towards additional deposit to "B" and entered into L/L agreement in April, 2008, It is mutually agreed between the Occupier (Tenant) and "B" that (a) Unless and until the security deposit sum of Rs. 5,00,000/= + 5,00,000/- = Rs. 10,00,000/- is returned / refunded by the Owner/s to the Tenant the owner shall not be entitled to revoke the tenancy rights of Tenant conferred by this agreement (b) At all times, the ownership shall be with the owner and possession of the said premises shall be that of the tenant till refund of total security deposit of Rs. 10,00,000/- and (c) Till refund of security deposit or revocation of the agreement the “B the owner shall not occupy the said premises and shall not claim any interest of any nature, whatsoever in the said premises. To take reasonable care of all singular the said premises and shall indemnify the Owner from and against any damage and / or loss, other than the ordinary use,. The Tenant shall use the said premises for residential cum office purpose only.
The Occupier (Tenant) recently came to know that the Owner "B" had taken loan from Bank and because of failure to return the loan to the Bank had approached the Court under Sarfeasi Act, and court has passed order against "B" the Owner filed an appeal or application before the DRTl. But the Occupier (Tenant) has not received any information from Bank or Court.
Under this circumstances what is the protection available to the Occupier (Tenant) and this Occupier is not at all a prty to the proceedings and he has not received any notice or communication, under this peculiar situation as to how the Occupier can take recourse to legal remedy.

Please resolve experts

Dear Sirs

Thank you for your responses.

A person accused in NI Act ha been detained in custody for more than a year now! The complaint got him arrested in a FIR which has no truth. While in custody he has been sick and under treatment in a local hospital there.

In the mean while the complaint used his power and local media to handcuff him in hospital and publish news that he has hacked bank accounts, his wife is a doctor in US and his sister is supplying him money. All three of this is utter nonsense and baseless as none of them are true which can be proved in any court of law.

Now what legal action can be taken here?

False news by a newspaper

Can the media publish any news against a person accused in NI act and in hospital?

The news article published was false and totally baseless which can be proved. What action may be initiated against the Newspaper , Editor & Journalist under the law of the land?
