Hi,am from middle class family completed my BE in part time, while studying itself i got married in 2008 there all my in-laws started harassing me and not letting me to study at all and the person I married started to give torture and harassment day by day as he is Impotent. Some how told my parents and elderly person of my family and Got mutual divorce from him. Then another marriage alliance came in 2010 we told them all thing happened to me and also gave my divorce copy to them before marriage. Since My dad is an heart patient they told that my husband will settled in Bangalore it self and also he told he has studied till PUC since he has no work over there in Chennai (Kalpakkam) I will settle in Bangalore my riding auto. They demanded Rs. 1Lakh cash for marriage and 25 pounds of gold jewels, 1Kg of silver item. While shopping for marriage we all went from Bangalore to Chennai during that time my father has observed that he is very close to his Elder Brother's wife (sister in-law).my father told me I only told my father after marriage every thing will be alright. Marriage was held in 2011 in Chennai, after marriage they took all my jewels and kept.
With the help of my jewels they kept Vegetable shop, I was giving my salary to them every month. Because of this vegetable shop he was unable to travel by that time I use to travel alone every weekend to Chennai, by that i came to know that my brother in-law treating my husband as a slave by taking all his earnings to look after her daughter. My husband always listens to his Brother's wife speech, he does what ever she tells, she will fight with my husband if he comes to Bangalore. When I started to question all this my brother in-law use to fight with me using bad words when my husband was not there. In front my husband
he use to act like a good, humble person. After this fight I fell very sick so that i cant travel any more, so I just told my husband about this by that time he started to fight me, harassing me, speaking with ill-legal words. After this Once he came to Bangalore then am conceived. Later he told no more he will come to Bangalore and also I came to know he is not educated he cheated me. Now listening to his brother, brother's wife he started torturing me day by day. am blessed with Girl baby, after delivery he came to hospital to see child and after then he again started quarreling with me not even asking about the child till now whenever he calls he uses harsh words.He is telling for him the vegetable shop is important I and my child don't need.
Please suggest me what to do, i don't want divorce my husband. The only thing is he should come here to Bangalore and we should leave our life. Until he is there in Kalpakkam he is very cruel by listening to his mom, brother, brother's wife speech. When he is separated from them, he is a good person. At least 15 days once he should come to Bangalore to see our daughter.

Respected Sir,
I have to add 2(two) employees for ESIC contribution. We have filed regular monthly contribution till this month. but from last two years, we have not filed annual returns and six months return.
Now, I have to regularize it and add to said employees. What is procedure? is there any penalty?
Please guide.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Good Day!!!
I am into some tension when i came to know that my plot which was allotted to me in 2009 by yamuna expressway authority is in STAY.
As you might be aware of the whole instance of the yamunaexpressway authority plots, many of the plots are in high court "Stay" status.
Please advise the implications of the STAY and also the actionable, if any, required from my side.

Hello Sir,
My father had 4 sons A, B, C and D. ( I am D here in this case.)
A and C stayed in village and B $ D stayed in city as a tenants whose property was in name of my father.In 1987, the landlord sold the land to builder for redevelopment and thus when the new agreement was made my father made B & D as joint owner for the flat in this new building and A &C were handed properties in the village. Now B is a bachelor and stays with D and his family.
1. If B doesn't have any will, what will happen to the property after him. Will it get distributed in all three brothers A,C,D? or D will inherit the property from B?
2. Please be noted that C has his name in the city ration card where B and D resides. Does this has any relevance?
Please advise.

i got a summons of section 185 IPC and 118 Kerala police act for drunken driving. the date for hajar was on 10th may.I met an advocate and he put it on leave. How many days will i get leave for payment of fine?

Hello Sir,
I am from Maharashtra. I want to file case of fraud.
How the stamp duty for criminal and civil is calculated on this amount?
I have been told stamp duty is roughly 50,000 for criminal and 18,000 for civil for amount of 9 lac.
Could you please provide the related information or exact percent so that I can calculate it?

Police Charge sheet has been filed and accused is on bail and accused is aged about 24 years and victim is child aged about 14 yrs what is the best effort for accused to get him Justice as adv,

I filed petition for nullity and divorce against my wife within 4 months of marriage on grounds of non consummation and cruelty.At the same time i submitted interim injunction and requested court not to let her enter my self acquired place since she left on her own.Me and my wife used to stay alone and property is on my name,it was purchased on housing loan and housing loan is due and i am paying monthly EMI for the same.
There are several reasons for filing the petition and i dont want her back in my life.She left on her own 3 months back giving me threats and currently staying with her mom and dad.My wife in her written statement mentioned that i use to ask money from her parents and use to hit her and harass her for money.She also submitted another application stating that she has right to reside in matrimonial house.She is a working lady and she wants to come back and stay with me at my self acquired property.
My lawyer told me that she will file DV against me but still i have not received any summons.Its been 4 months and now Judge asked both the parties to file written arguements. My wife wants to come back but i am not interested in continuing with her.
I want to stop her from entering matrimonial house.Please ADVISE....
One more thing i want to mention is that i am ready to pay rent if she wants to stay separately and it is mentioned in my Rejoinder.
