the property not gifted by the govt. to the sc/st. he has taken loan from sbi and defaulted repaying loan. now being general category i want to purchase through auction. can i go for purchasing?

I've finalized the plot to buy in Bangalore its a BDA approved property. the owner of the property saying that he has 19.5 lakhs Bank loan on that property. what are the loan related bank documents like Loan account statement, cerified copies of the documnets pledged in the bank, that I need to ask him to provide apart from mother deed, sale deed , Khatha certificate , tax paid receipts, EC.
Please let me know, how to ensure that he has only 19.5 lakhs loan on that property, not anything more than that?
The reason I'm asking this because, the deal is .. he is expecting me to pay 20 Lakhs rupees for the agreement so that he can clear of the loan and then pay the remaining amount and get the property registered in my name.

As our case is dismissed mutually, I would like to know whether I can demand to live with him or not, to be on safe side how can I ask to live there legally.
If he refuse to do so, what case I can file against him.

Hello All,
I am working and earning good salary. Husband is NRI and earning very good. I cannot buy house , car with my salary with maintenance of self and kid.
Husband filed divorce case on cruelity. My divorce case is in final stage.
My salary details and my husband salary details already disclosed in the court through income-tax statements.
Now I want to file litigation expenses , alimony and child maintenance. My advocate is asking for all the receipts like school fees receipts, tution fees etc. and receipts related to me.
I am hesitating as my father-in-law is bad person and can harm me and my kid once he get the details through receipts.
Please let me know the solutions.

My friend's business hasn't been operating since last one year as he has some legal issues to be sorted out so the office closed.He hasn't been able to pay 3 months salary to the employees as his bank accounts have been frozen. How doe he communicate to the employees his clear intent to pay when possible and does he have to inform any regulatory authority about the same?

Hello all,
Already all of you knew that my wife and her father arrested under IT ACT 66A,67A & Sec 4 remanded.
This regarding RTI which I have filed against Cybercrime police last year(September)-recently I have received reply after approaching Chief commission.
Against my query and Police answer:
1.Requested to provide legal documents like exchange of E-mails and all related communication documents from FACEBOOK
ANS: section 2(f)RTI ACT they refused to give the same
2.I have asked reason for delay after getting relevant material evidence from Facebook.
Ans: We can't blindly register FIR ,need to analyze the document and scrutinize the facts and after that register FIR accused were arrested crime no.....
MY QUESTIONS TO YOU:
1.can use this document and FIR to file defamation suit ? .In FIR police has mentioned that due to delay in gathering evidence from Facebook ISP and investigation FIR is delayed (5months)
2.can I file this document as affidavit in the court for other cases along with FIR copy?

Sir,
We have purchased a joint property(House) in the name of me and my brother.My brother died and left his wife and only one son(15years old).
How it can be shared between us.No partition is possible in house.Only option is to sell it and distribute amount.How it can be done since son of my departed brother is less than 18 yrs.

WE NEED TO CHANGE THE NAME OF ELECTRICITY METER INSTALLED IN TEMPLE. THE METER IS TOO OLD & TEMPLE PUJARI IS CHANGED NOW FOR THAT REASON NAME CHANGE IS REQUIRED. WE HAD GIVEN THE TRUST DOCUMENT OF THAT DOCUMENT BUT THEY ARE REFUSING & ASKING FOR THE OWNERSHIP DOCUMENT FOR THE SAME.

college not returning original certificates
Dear all,
I had joined a bangalore based college in 2006 and after 2nd year due to financial problem i had to discontinue the course.Now when i went to the college to ask for my documents,the college is asking me to pay the remaining 2 years fees.The Principal of the college wrote down in my application that since i had discontinued midway,i had to pay the college compensation of one seat.Its been 8 years and according to the university rule(which the college is affiliated to)if a student fails to complete the course in 8 years he is awarded NFTE(Not fit for technical education).And by those rules i have got NFTE.Now the college is saying i had signed an agreement during the time of admission that i would pay all my fees if i choose to leave the course midway.The agreement is a one page terms and condition which was there in the back of the admission form which i had filled during the time of admission.it states that the document will be under the custody of the university until the course if finished which is purely false.Three days back i read in the newspaper about my college where the High Court of karnataka has ordered my very same college to return the docs of one of the student who had filed a case in the court.
I need urgent Help.Please guide me respected peoples.What should i do.
