Respected Sirs,
My Friend`s father has got some property by means of a Partition deed among his brothers. His father also purchased some property in his name out of joint family cash. His father and his two sons has got some property by means of a Gift from his mother. Now my friend`s father wants to make partition among himself and two sons and a daughter. My doubt is that whether the gift property can be brought into the present partition as joint family property, if a declaration to that effect is made in the partition and thus can it be divided into shares among the family members.

My friend's father bought an industrial plot jointly with his brother's wife. Brother's wife gave the GPA to her brother-in-law who sold the the property to a third party around 30 years ago but the property was not registered in favor of that party. Third party is no more there and the title stands in favor of my friend's dad and his brother's wife. My question is to whom does the property belong legally. The legal heirs of the third party are insisting on a transfer deed to be executed by my friend's dad. But he told that he has already given a sum of money for registration of the property and it was not used for registrations. Is he eligible for any compensation for that amount? Is it safe to transfer the title in favor of the legal heirs again?

Hi,
I am a Muslim. My father has 2 wives. I am eldest son from first wife. My father(no more) had made a will assigning his ancestral property to his 4 sons ( One me and 3 from the 2nd wife)and also his 2nd wife. The entire management of the property has been left to the 2nd wife.
My mother(first wife) has been devoid any share in property and also assigning management of property to the 2nd wife and thereafter to her son has caused a lot of resentment to us. We believe that the entire proceeds from the property will be usurped by the 2nd wife and her sons.
What legal discourse we can use to nullify the will and what is the remedy available for us to claim equal share in the property ?
Shall be highly obliged for the advice.
Regards,
Sameen

I need a legal advice.I have joined a college in ecil hyderabad for mba course thru management quota last year in the month of October and went to college regularly. On second of January i have got a call from the college and informed me that i have been disapproved by{apsche} - Andhra pradesh state council for higher education as i have only forty eight percent in my graduation and it has to be fifty percent to join thru management quota. The principal has said that he will try to get the approval but vain and finally In the month of april 2014 the principal told me to collect the fees of rupees ten thousand on first april 2014.But he is troubling me since april first and postponing to repay the amount. The actual amount i have paid is 10000 college fees and 5000 exam fees but he told me that he will pay me only 10000.
I want to sue him for his negligence as without verifying the certificates his staff has accepted the certificates and given the admission.I have lost my academic year and i am at great loss.so please suggest me the suitable legal remedy.
