I have query regarding applicable VAT and Service tax on property.
I have purchased flat in Pune, Maharashtra. Agreement was executed on 26th Apr 2010 and I got the possession in Jun 2010. also have a possession letter with no due mentioned in it.
As per my understanding VAT and service tax issue was for Apr 2006 to Mar 2010 period, after Mar 2010 there was not court case etc. Back dated tax collection was done for this period only, please let me know if I am wrong.
After these many days builder has sent me letter demanding Rs. 1,43,000 for VAT and Serive tax. My Agreement amount is 27L.
Can you please tell do I really have to pay this or builder is just trying to milk more money out of me?

My daughter was denied the CAP quota she richly deserved.It took one indoctrinated Director of AP Sainik Welfare to issue a Memo asking the ZSWOs not to issue CAP cert to ESMs belonging to the other states. It was more damaging than the mono-logue of Raj Thakre of MNS for cancelling licence of Biharies auto drivers.But none protested.ZSWO Ranga Reddy did what his boss asked him to do. He sealed my daughter's chance to get a MBBS seat in one of the govt medical college in Hyderabad as she was high in the order of EAMCET 2013 rank.
Now whole of Telengana is figting tooth and nail on the issue of NATIVITY issue. It is going to initiate another bloody war.
I request the experts to define NATIVITY as well as DOMICILE of the state of Telengana once for all..Too many diametrically opposite views without any supporting documents may not help. Over to you.

The company confirmed the financial involvement of Sree Ch. Sammaih Ex-AAO/ERO/APNPDCL/Sathupally vide reference cited 1st along with mine quoted specific conclusion as “Sree Ch. Sammaih Ex-AAO/ERO/APNPDCL/Sathupally is alone involved in the financial irreugularties in ERO/Sathupally. He misused the unit staff and spoiled the life of best workers along with the damage of Company’s good will “passed by me which is not part of punishment area apart of explanation submitted.
I incurred the loss of Rs 2,24,800/- ( Rupees two lakhs twenty four thousand eight hundred only ) because of defamation caused by the act of Sree Ch. Sammaih Ex-AAO/ERO/APNPDCL/Sathupally during his tenure vide reference cited 1st cited as per details given below.
1) Bank Interest loss from 1.06.2013 to 31.03.2014 ( 10 months )
On retirement benefits Rs 750/- per lakh * 14,00,000/- * 10 months = Rs 1,05,000/-
2) Penalty @ 5% on pension for 24 months ( Rs 825 * 24 ) paid to
The Company on administration grounds = Rs 19,800/-
3) Damages against defamation caused by the act of
Sree Ch. Sammaih Ex-AAO/ERO/APNPDCL/Sathupally = Rs 1,00,000/-

Now I am requesting to furnish the status of the Company action under RTI ACT 2005 for take up the matter for taking necessary action. In this connection I am here with enclosed the Crossed Indian Postal Order for Rs 10/- duly drawn vide IPO NO:46c 573229 &573230 dated: 20.05.2014 in favour of account officer, APNPDCL payable at the Warangal
