Dear sir,
What is the time period to challenge any unregistered document in court if other party consider that document as fraud
one person A is the general attorney of his sister and want to execute the sale deed of her property in his own name. My query is whether the sale deed can be executed in his own name as attorney of his sister. If yes the seller will sign as a purchaser also.
Secondly if sale deed is not possible then relinquishment deed can be executed on the basis of POA.
Dear Sir,
The party has raised debit note upon us as we could not issue C Forms under our CST purchase. The reason for non issue of C Forms is that our local sales tax department is unable to provide forms due to shortage of forms in department. The C Forms are now issued online and physical forms are discontinued. The C forms for which debit note has been raised relates to 2012-13 when there was system of issuing physical forms and now it is discontinued. However we have applied for the forms and the department officials have assured us that they will arrange physical C forms for old period and provide it to us as soon as it will be printed and made available for clearing old period requirements.
Kindly suggest the step that we should take in our defense as per law or any court / tribunal decision in such matters.

Sir,
My friend has purchased a house which has a shop in Ground floor,Shop at the time of Purchase of property was on rent & there was no dispute on this between the parties. And a new agreement was done between the shopkeeper & Owner. But the shopkeeper never paid rent of shop towards the owner.
Later the shopkeeper filed fake suit of mandatory injunction against the owner that she(my friends mother) is not the owner of said shop & the case is pending before the Court.
Now my query that the shopkeeper has filed an application for repair of the said shop.
Can court permit him to repair the said Shop.
Is there any Judgement which will not allow him to repair my shop as the shopkeeper not only being bad tenant has neither paid the rent and contrary filled a suit claim that the owner of the shop is some one else,

I am a farmer in Gujarat state, Vadodara district since 1952 and before till 1972.Then i sold my land to the ganotiya according to government rules. After that i had no agricultural land but i purchased new agricultural land in 1992.I am a farmer and also worked as clerk in government and retired in 1989.My salary was according to government norms is RS 1900 per month and not more than 2 lakhs per year.
Now government tell me in 2002 to make my land in shree sarkar. What steps can be taken by me as per section 79A of the land Reforms act 1961 or by other act.
My land money is not given to me by government but the Ganotiya paid their money in government in 1967.It is found from laser of government.
First of all thank you very much. Yes Sir, I faced this problem first hand. My daughter passed the Xth SSLC examination securing 437 out of 500 marks(87.4%). She was denied her choice of group of study. Likewise so many students were denied their choice of group. I have seen so many heartbroken children and their desperate parents running around schools. Some schools even fixed 480 out of 500 as the cut off mark and my daughter’s school fixed 450 as the cut off mark. I dont know on what authority these schools fix their own cut off marks to filter out their students. So that new students are rapidly taken in giving their choice of group collecting donation irrespective the marks. Only later when i examined i learnt about the education act and the insertion of the article 21a in the constitution. All those are helpful for student of age between 6 and 14. What protection the law gives to those minor students who wish to continue to higher secondary is my query.

Hello All,
There is land acquisition notice for my land of 20 cents in regional daily and asked to appear before special revenue Officer.Still I have not received a direct notice or compensation but the notice refer to the old law of 1956. They have notified few land owners in nearby town and offered them very low compensation a year back.
Here are couple of questions.
1. If NHAI is acquiring land for national Highway, will it come under state govt jurisdiction or central govt jurisdiction?
2.I obviously want to get better compensation so what should be my strategy?
3. What do I need to do(plan) get better compensation?
4. One part of my land is chopped off from our irrigation well so What can I do to get a compensation for that?
5. How do I say that compensation offered was not fair when I meet the revenue official in charge of this acquisition?
6. I do hear that in some other acquisition in other part of our (TN)state(were started before 1/1/2014), land owners are delaying getting compensation since state govt (did)can extend the old law till 2015 but new law(Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013) provides option for retro clause where compensation is not distributed will be considered under new law.
All the replies are appreciated.
Thank you all.
