Dear Team,
I was working as a Area Manager, My company had given a suspension letter 8 months back from the termination letter & put some wrong allegations. No enquiry was conducted nor i given a chance to put my part. They have given me a termination letter & show's some huge shortages which was not their in the store because whatever report they have sent to me show's some positive figure. After few days they have again changed the report & manipulated the data & shows another amount in shortages. Every report shows different no. & its quite surprisingly that they have not deducted any amount from the team who was working in the store, if in case any shortages was occurs in the store. Entire amount was deducting from my F&F.
I have logged a complaint in labour office also. Two hearings was conducted but company is not ready to do any kind of settlement & they have informed the labour office that since he's at managerial level employee he will not come under this jurisdiction. Their also they have not given any evidences to prove them right.
They purposely want me to go to civil court because they have power to hire a advocate & bare the cost which i don't have in initial stage. They want me waste my time in court. Reason behind this was i have been tried to follow up with the company from the suspension letter till termination letter & company had not responding my mails. During this time i have sent a mail to Income tax department regarding my form 16 which company had not issued to me for FY1213 & FY1314. Income tax office had file a grievance & sent a letter to the office because of that management was disappointed. They have clearly mentioned the same in a letter which was submitted in labour office.
Kindly advice some fast track court where this case will get resolved asap because its a question for my career. I have worked with this organisation for 7 years.

good morning sir...this is jiten ahuja here...actually i want to know that my client received notice form alwar rajasthan samjota adikari..my client is reputed private company and applicant is employee of that company
so my question is "samjota adikari alwar means labour court or what??pls tell me
and one more thing i want to know that can i sumbit my reply in english or i have to sumbit in hindhi only.

Hello Sir,
My grandmother has a property of 572 sq.yards. front potion of it is commercial and back portion is residential. the front portion was gifted to her two sons and the back portion is still on her name. Now she wants to gift the back portion Also equally to her two sons. the problem here is when we divide the whole area with a center line, the line makes an overlapping of commercial properties of her two sons. Should we cancel the old deed and do a fresh Gift deed as per the new drawing? or can they do a gift settlement deed showing the new drawing as per the center line, without cancelling the old deed of commercial property. Please let me know as i am confused so much. Thanks a lot.

Dear Sir/s,
The marriage was happened 2.5 years ago, the groom got chronic kidney disease just 7 month ago, before that there was no such problem. The bride is not ready to live with groom & take care of him because of strict food intake suggested by doctor and demanded for heavy compensation.
The bride family filled false 498a, 307, 120B & DP act sec-3&4 before CJM u/s 156(3)
there is concrete proof against all these. How long will it to get Anticipatory bail for family & for the groom. please help to let us know the process to get the AB at the earliest.

Hi, we have family house in Punjab which house in lal lakeer. and that house is build by our grandfather, since 1960 house was vacant and some of our family members use to stay in when ever they visit Punjab. just to inform all of stay out of Punjab.
but now last year one of our relative straying in that house, and he did apply electric and water line under his name. now he say that house is belong to him as that is in lal lakeer. but acctually we 7 families who are the members.
Pls help me what can I do to take my share in that house.

I am currently working in a Central Govt. PSU. Seeing advertise from UPSC, I am interested to apply for a job which, I think will enhance my professional advancement. UPSC demands intimation to my Dept. Head whereas the PSU in which I work insist in the procurement of an NOC which they hesitate to provide. The experience certificate requested for the purpose of applying is also not intended to be released, presumably. Is there any provision that gives me the right to demand an experience certificate? Can I be penalized in future if I proceed without an NOC?

After expiry of my mother,how much time do I have to disclose the registered will to other legal heirs.Pertains to property in Delhi.If I do not disclose the registered will to other legal heirs then what happens.

Hi Sir.
My house is built on the abadi land of village as shown in the revenue records of the gram sabha of the village in uttar pradesh.I have also made a boundary wall around my house and there is a madaha(Tin shed) for putting the cattles situated inside the boundary wall. This tin shed was erected by my family and we are using this madaha from previous 25 years . Now one of my neighbour has domolished the boundary wall of my house and has acquired the madaha in my absence.So I want to know that:
1)Do I have the full right to use this madaha (built on abadi land)?
2)Can my neighbour also claim to use this madah which was situated inside the boundary wall?
3)Can I made a police complaint about the guilty person who has demolished this wall in my absence and is the police bound to take action against the guilty person?
4)What are the sections of IPC that can be imposed on the guilty person who has demolished the wall?

Sir,
joined a pvt ltd co. In march 16 2013.through an offer from consultant, Recvd 15 days salary on 10th june further worked 1month april cheque salary bounced and cleared through NEFT after 15 days.
No salary in may till july, no notice only oral dissatisfaction one day in july co. mobile disconnected and after co. Created email id.
In october reinstatement letter and justification asked,by adv. Now 19th may labour off. Giving letter in marathi stating they are closing due to non appearance.

DEAR SIR
I WAS WORKING FOR FIVE YEARS OF PERIOD IN PVT LTD STEEL MANUFACTURING STEEL COMPANY AND AFTER TWO YEARS NEW BOSS CAME AND BROUGHT TWO PERSONS ALSO AND DOES PARTIALITY WITH OTHER STAFF. MY BOSS HAS ELEGATED ME FOR TERMINATION FROM MY JOB (FOUND SLLEPED BY AUDITOR) WHICH IS PLANNED ELEGATION FOR MY PHYSICAL PROBLEM OF SLEEPINESS DURING WORKING HOURS. THE COMPANY WANTS RESIGNATION AND HOLD MY SALARY ALSO. I HAVE WROTE THIS MATTER TO THE ALC AND COMMISSIONER ALSO BUT THERE ARE NO RESPONSE SINCE LAST 15 MONTHS.
