What will be the actual amount of Stamp Paper upon which the award of Arbitration will be published by the Arbitrator?What will be the stamp Paper Value when the award amount is more than Rs.50,000/-but less than Rs.1,00,000/-?If the award amount is within Rs.1,00,000/- but less than Rs.5,00,000/-then what will be the value of stamp paper?

Hello,
Me and my family always stay in threat because of my brother in law.
This guy hurts my sister badly and comes at my place very often after drinking and creates scene in front of everyone, one time he broke things in my house and then hit my mother when she was alone.
He abuses us like anything, my mother always cries because of his cruelty towards us and my sister.We had filed a case in women cell but this guy threatened my sister that he would kill me and my mother and for that he has arranged a gun. My sister had to take the case back because of this. Now she is with him, she is pregnant and still he beats her no matter he is drunk or not. We cant much rely on police because they dont listen to us properly.
I would like to know how can we end this with the help of law.
Any person can please suggest.
I would really appreciate your help.

I live in Kalina Village, Santacruz East Mumbai. Is it legal to build a ground + 2 stories house? Or will I face problems if the neighbors complain?

Hi,
I am a stock trader working as a freelancer. I trade in futures and derivatives, commodities and currency and currently have a turnover of approximately 12 crores per annum. I want to register my business. I plan to employ a few people to help me in the market research in the future. I also have plans to trade in foreign markets in the future.
Should I start a sole proprietorship company or a private limited company? Is it advisable to register through a lawyer or one of the many online registration firms who register a private ltd company for around 15K?

Builder is collecting maintenance from shop owners from 12 years but not maintaining the property. So shop owners started preparing documents to form society in Non co operation from Builder during the process of forming society Builder offers shop owners that he will form a society he takes signature of shop owners takes share money and instead of forming society he forms limited company and taking 51% shares of the company and becomes director of that company and now he is informing shop owners that he will issue share certificate of company to shop owners. Now what is the remedy for shop owners if they want to form Co.Op.society and wants to manage the property ?

I am based in Chennai, and would like to know details regarding IP. I have debts to the tune of 5.5 crore mostly from private financiers some documented some not, family and friends.
I have a property which is worth over 6 crore currently for which a GPA was done in January 2014 so as to close a loan with a bank. I have since been unable to make any payments and the creditors have all started to threaten and hunt me filing a number of police cases against me. All belongings and original documents and certificates are in the house which is in position of the GPA holder. I have two cars which have been taken by two of the creditors.
I would like to know the process of applying for IP, the time it could take and what court and other legal fees will be incurred.

i cleared my LLB and result out on 31.3.2014.i have not apply for registration with Bar council of u.p.till now but going soon for the same.
I want to know subject to pending registration application to bar council of u.p. , whether can i use designation "ADVOCATE" with my name and whether the same can be printed on my signboard hang on my office.

Hi Sir,
Without the Permission or consent of the wife can husbad can give divorce he can file a petition on her.
I mean i dont want to stay with my wife i wanted to give her divorce if she will not accept my divorce i will get it or not. Can i fight for divorce as she likes me but i wont like her.
