My grand mother wants to make a will(registered) to my mother,bequeathing the house as a precaution against my aunt, who is showing intentions to claim it after my grandmother's death.
Can my mother's brothers become the witness for the registered will. Its sure that they will not turn hostile in future. But will it reduce the credibility of them as witness in a court of law if they have to testify as they are the relatives of the recipient of the property(benefited party)?
I want to be sure as things are in my control now and I can arrange for other witness if required rather than making my case weak in the court by making my mother's brothers as witness.

Hello,
Please suggest to me that if my salay is 30K right now i am paying rent 13K per month just because of my wife have left to me with their all asscissaries(like sofa,tv etc).i donot have any liability like child and loan,my only monthly expenses 6K (including bike petrol,bills electricity,mobile,internet,Food all in cash no bills).
my question is In maintenance case is cout consider all cash expenses while decisioning or they required bills even small daily need food bills also.

In dv interim maintainence case are all the respondents like father responsibile to pay ...if the husband is unable to pay?

RESPECTED lawyers club india experts team,
MY family has agricultural land in my village.this is ancestral property.we have to share equally with my fathers brothers.but he is not accepting for equal share .2)and also what my father's brothers is cultivating with the support of anti social elements is on road side.but my family land is inside it has no way to enter.my fathers brother is not giving any way to us enter into my land that from shared land.then we visited the court.court sanctioned the ad-interim injunction order.
With this we tried to use the way.then my fathers brothers beat my mother.he pulled all the tools.
IN THIS SITUATION WHAT I HAVE TO DO?PLEASE ADVISE TO ME.
ALSO we had complained in policestation.but unfortunately he filed a petty case,instead of voilation of inunction order.
PLEASE explain what i have to do?
WHAT is the punishment for them?

Me and my wife are staying separate for last 7 months. As of now no cases are filed by my wife side and i dont know if they are going to file any and if so, when.
If i will disowned my parents than it will help me to get AB bail and what are issues can be while taking disowned decision

regarding refund procedure
we want to take a refund of m/s adyant metal industries jagadhri approxmately value worth
rs one lacs it is of various assesment year 2010 to 2014 . our dealer is doing trading of metal utensils . we have paid tax @ of 5.25% at the time of purchasing the utensils and sold all the utensils against c form and receieve tax only 2%that excess tax paid on purchases is our refund.

Dear Sir,
after marriage at time of registry i have change my surname from moumita ghosh to moumita ghosh choudhary but my all docs contains my maiden surname, now i would apply for competitive exam, so what name i should give in the form of examination. and also should I give my father name or husband name.
still i didn't get my marriage certificate and the last date of apply for exam is near.
so pls guide me as soon as possible.

respected sirs.
we got married b4 17 years having a son who is now 15 . 10 years back my wife got involved with two guys and had physical realation with both( one after one).i have no proofs for that but my son who was 5 year at that time had show her sleeping with one guy and as she was caught by one of my cousin talking on the phone and after asking her infront of her parents she also admitted and apologice. as my son was only 5 at that time I accepted her and start leaving togather again.
now since last six months she got involve with third guy having physical realation and this time I have some proofs of their whatsapp cheating - some pictures of them (togather ) and some video clips which both shared talking to eachother and also had a latter signed by her parents and herself accepting this act of infidelity . for my son ,I tried to accept her again and we went to phyciatry also for our treatment as I was also very depressed after this third incident. but she continue talking to him and was not ready to leave him ..so.. b4 one month I lost my control and beat her. ( she did not took any leagle action yet ).. so she went to her parents and says now I m not going to come back ... as she was running her own business her earning is with me as of today and we had purchased a house in our joint name 3 years back ...
now what do I do ...
can we live togather as she doesnot want to live with me.
what about my son . (as of today he is with me and wants to stay with me only ).
what will be the status of her earnings and our house if we saperate.
can she claim any allymoney from me ?
she will not be ready but if I want to take any leagle action on that third person ...can I ?
can I take any leagle action against my wife.
