Dear Sirs,
With due respect I would like to know the following questions from all the eminent lawyers'like you & hope that all of you give me the right advice in this regard. My all questions are relating to an employee who is still an employee of a Sick Industry declared by the BIFR.
1)How long I can establish myself as an employee of the company- till the date of resignation or the date of declaration of the BIFR as sick Industry or the date of announcement by giving notice of "Suspension of Work- under no work no pay Basis"?
2)If I establish (as per law) an employee till the date of resignation, Can I claim all benefits (salary & others till the resignation date?
3) Company has not given any letter to me regarding my job whether I have terminated from the company or not. But there is a pressure on me to give resignation from my service. The company has got the BIFR revival scheme during Sept'2012 & yet to resume their production till date. At this moment I do not know what decision should I take. Please advice me from your heart.
Waiting from your good & affordable advice in this regard.
Thanking you.

Dear sir,
Recently I lost my brand new mobile phone, which I hardly used for one week. Someone stole it from pocket in crowded Dadar market. I went to Shivaji Park police station and they registered a complaint and gave me a copy for obtaining new sim card.
I also gave them the IMEI number of the mobile, but they are not co-operating for finding the phone as they say it is not possible. If someone come and returns the phone, then they will call me. Their senior had lost one 32000 cost phone, but they could not find.
As I know if someone uses another sim card on same phone, then service provider can trace the phone. When I asked them the same, they said daily 10-15 mobile phone loss cases come. They can't do anything.
Please suggest what should I do. They are also not ready to file FIR.

Dear Sirs,
We seek your expert advise on the below issues.
Earlier Our co-operative housing society were used to charge non occupancy charges Rs.250/- which were grater than the 10% of the service charges.
Regular/basic Maintenance amount is Rs.750/- per month to the owenr.
When somebody objected, the said society has started to put Rs.350/- in the head of ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGES in the monthly maintenance bill if falt is given on the rent.
And society is not showing anything in the head of Non Occupancy Charges.
When inquired with the committee members they replied that it has been decided in the AGM/MGM.
Please guide.

Sir/Madam,
We had filed writ petition in High Court Bombay in which they ordered to register an offence under Atrocity Act and IPC sections in 2009 and to investigate the matter.
The accused were released by the police with surety of bond in the year Jan 2010 under CrPC 169 thus making the final report that no evidence was found against the accused under prevention of atrocity act and IPC sections. The final report was submitted to Chief Judicial Magistrate, District: Sangli. The police have submitted in their final report that the applicant was called many a times to police station to record the statement but the applicant refused to do so. But the applicant have recorded the statement but police are denying it also the applicant has recorded the statement in High Court Bombay.
The police didn't inform us neither the magistrate that the accused has been released . What we have to do now since almost 4 years has been passed with no justice. Can we move to the supreme court by stating the reasons for the delay? Or else we have to move to High Court? Suggest the same.
