In my locality there used to one road, unfortunately beside the High Court. The road was public road used y thousand per day to reach market with less crowded side.
High court got this road acquired through govt machinery and blocked this road.
The road is now being used only for parking of Advocates vehicle while we the citizens are facing day to day problem as every one has to enter the market through the crowded side.
The high court has also acquired 160 acres of land near buy and is pursuing hard to get t made soon.
We the citizens protested by signing open letter and submitting it to Registrar but they did not listen and the govt officials are so much scared on the court that they too did not care.
Is there any way by which we can get back this age old approach road ?

hello.can u pls tell me..in comprise stage my husband put a condition he eat with,i do all the work of my husband.bt for 1 mnth he share separate room..is it safe for me..should i comprise on dis condition...if i agree all the case will close like dv act nd from my husband side divorce case..pls help me on dis.

I am US citizen and as parents are getting old, and there is no one to take care of them in India, I want to sponsor Green card for them, but my brother 's wife trapped in 498a case and Domestic Violence, which are false cases, unfortunately she is creating abala Naari image in front of judge and torturing them, she works in IT firm as QA, and parents never stayed with them in Bangalore but she pulled them in, and when my brother questioned, why she did confess that, she is saying that to make her case strong.
Is it advisable to file Green card for them? My dad even got a award from Govt of India, for excellence in service.
The girl is ready to compromise for huge amount of money 10 lakhs, but she and her lawyer are not willing to come to Mediation center though there was absolutely no dowry.
I'm feeling really bad that after struggling for all these years to settle their children, this girl is trapping them in false case. They attended few hearings for 498 a case, My question, what happens if they stop going to court and come to stay with me, I heard they can disown my brother, we have also applied for quash in High court. Can you please advise if it is a good idea for my parents to permanently shift to US.

Hello,
I am 25 years old girl. i used to love a guy and hence got marriage with him 1.5 years back. we did a registered marriage as it was an intercaste marriage and my parents were against it. after the marriage we were staying at our respective places(at our parents place). we did not disclose our marriage.
after a year somehow we were able to convince my parents and then a big marriage ceremony happened according to our customs.
from day one his mom tortured me. even he hit me 4-5 times that too very cruelly. after 5 months, i came back to my moms place and staying here since a month now.
he is ready to give me divorce and even i want the same. i want to know if we can nullify this marriage somehow.
i dont want to get the stamp of a divorcee hence i wud like to void this marriage. is that possible?
please suggest.

Hi Sir,
This is rukesh from Mandya i have taken only 5,000/- with intrest 10% from my friend at 3 years back. one year i have paid the intrest amount properly from past 2 years i have not paid the intrest. the thing is from which person i have taken taken the amount he used my cheque and he has taken 35,000/- on using my cheque. and 2 times some notice came to my house but they not yet received recently some polices came to my house enquired and informed they came to me a arrest itseems.
Requesting to you, will guide me on this additional steps/what i have do in this.
