We are 6 brothers and 5 sisters, i had purchased land from my income in mother's name in 1997. She gifted ("Gift Deed") it back to me in 2010. Now my brothers are challenging partition suit in court claiming that it is family owned property, though my mother and sisters are accepting that it is property that should belong to me. Please let us know the outcome of this court case and how we could proceed further.

If you can help I will send you CLB petition, defense, CLB order and a High Court order. You would need to give me advice and citations to support my case and I will pay you for each citation.

Dear Sir,
My friend want to buy a old flat. He is ready to pay full amount of consideration in next four months. But seller (flat owner) of the flat working in Dubai and unable to reach India for all the time for receiving amount. For that he suggested me to appoint his wife (she is staying in India) for receiving the same amount time to time. He will available only for registration when fix in future.
