Dear Experts,
Please reply and give your valuable advise in the below given case.
This is a case of my sister's Son who his residing in West Bengal in Bihari (Brahmin) family, My elder sister who had expired in 1992 while giving birth to his son, after 2 years of my sister death, my Brother in Law (Jijaji) got second marriage with a girl and from her second wife he has having one boy, after his marriage the step mother did not care my late. sister's son (Bhanja) and gradually she had forced his husband to not take care of his elder step son i.e. my Sister's son, as my Bhanja have completed 18 years and now he his adult then in this case u/s 125 crpc. is not maintainable, so finally he have decided to file a civil suit of Partition (Title Suit), I just want to know that, in the connection we have met a Lawyer who advice me to get a proper details of property and liquid money in bank, then he can file a case of Title Suit/Partition, but in this context I would like to know that can I file RTI Application in Bank about the cash and other saving certificate of my father's name or of his step mother name, will Bank or other financial institution is bound to provide me the reply or not. As well as Is Title Suit/Partition is the best way to over come the problems or to is there any other Law which could help me to get my share from my father's property. As the Brother In Law have condemned that he will not give a penny to my "Bhanja".

Hello All,
Shall greatly appreciate if some one can guide me on how to remove/quash my family member names from DV case as well 498a case.
1st Priority is DV --
a) How to remove respondent names, currently case in Evidence stage.
b) Difference between quashing names and discharging names
c) pros and cons of removing names from respondents
PS: Respondents are Parents, sisters and brother
Any response help is greatly appreciable..

Request esteemed members to guide me over following points:
1. How to prepare the Dowry Admit List & whether to use the reference of guidelines to be followed for investigation and trial of cases under section 498/A IPC issued by OFFICE OF THE COMMISSIONER - OF POLICE CIRCULAR No. 7/2007 while submitting the Admit List to CAW cell ????
2. How to deal with the DV Act (Right to Shared Household & right to Maintenance) as Ms. 498A wants to live with me in order to further harrass me & entangle me in Attempt to Murder Cases????

1.Is it the owner,who is liable to pay property tax, Generally OR The Tenant?(state =Andhra Pradesh)
2.If the Lessor already agreed with lessee to get back property tax reimbursed, Who is liable?
3.Now if lessee denies to pay, even after agreeing initially(point 2 situation),in 11months lease unregistered deed of shop, what is the remedy to me??
Please show way,as,my tenant Rises his voice and always goes in arguments and also disrespect, by saying, he ll issue notice of advocate,
I just inherited few months back on account of death,
HOW DO I TACKLE MY TENANT, pls help Experts.

my 3 grandfather owned 3 plot in my village. there is a common street for our family plot. the street is made for our plots at the time of chakbandi. and land aquired by street is cutted from our family land share. i want to say that our land deducted for street.
now a neighbour whose plot is attached by street one side. he want to fix gate on our street side by saying that it is samlaat rasta ( common man street). can we stop him legally to fix gate on our street side. his plot alredy on road attached. he is showing his cruelity towards us.
please suggest me very well.

I own a flat ... Got possession in 2008 and also got possession letter same day . My property is registered also . It's a deed of conveyance . And we thought all papers are ok.
few days back we applied for home renovation loan ... And was told they need maps .. Approved maps .. By authority ... We came to know that certificate of occupancy is missing and when asked... Builder representative replied .. He need 50000/- for that ... Without any receipt or record ...
what to do now can anyone suggest plz ... Help me as I tried to learn there is Punjab apartment act 1995 which says it is necessary to give OC before possession ...

Hello all esteemed members,
Unfortunately, due to my greed I have found myself in a matter that I am incapable to handling myself and seek your invaluable guidance.
What is the correct way of confronting a person who is duping you? Said person has already swindled Rs.30 L in the hopes of selling me a flat before I was smart enough to realise I was being duped.
Only reason that con-man is still in touch still is because he is expecting more payments for the flat deal.
I am at my wits end and don't know what legal recourse to take.
I will appreciate all the help I can get.
If I am missing out on any information, it is only because I don't know what kind of information I should share.
Kindly let me know if there is any piece of information you require to better answer this query and I will be highly obliged

please help me a small query-
can a daughter claim her right to the property of her father(Joint Hindu Family)during the life time of her both the parents.
what would be her share eg. 1/3 or 1/4th if the family consists of 1.father 2.mother 3.one son 4.two daughters all surviving.

Dear Experts,
My friend is an accused in a case u/s 324/506 IPC. It actually is a frivolous case filed about 5 years ago. So far chief & cross of complainant & IO only has been conducted.
My friend is in Merchant Navy & has to travel extensively. For every hearing he has to make special arrangements to be present & on most hearings no witnesses appear; thus causing harassment & financial loss also.
Can he be exempted from personal appearance at this stage of the trial?
What would be the Court's reaction on such application?

How to stop a female colleague from harassing me.
I work in a govet school under delhi administration as a hindi teacher.
there is one colleague who passes personal comments on my dresses that they are too fashionable for a teacher to wear(i wear salwar suits),on my jewellery on my kajal,on me applying nailpolish,etc.many teachers in my school come daily in anarkalis,jeans with kurti,high heels,open hair,long earrings,etc etc.but she never criticises them becoz they are her frenz.
she also interferes and tries to put my views down when i'm having a conversation with any teacher even though it's none of her business.
after school,we use the same cab to reach our homes.
its too hot in delhi summers.she always occupies the front seat (which is comfortable)so that i cant sit there by reaching slightly before school bell rings.i have a health issue becoz of which i need to sit at the front seat so that i can stretch my legs.talking to the driver doesnt help since he too fears her.
likewise there are many more incidents where she does or says things that trouble me or defame me.but she does them so subtly that nobody knows.
for example once i was wearing a neon shade salwar suit.
on the same day in our cab she said that she hates neon colours because they irritate her eyes.on questioning her,she fought that she was talking generally.
i am facing deep anxiety due to her bullying behavior.
i have tried to reason with her many times but she's too quarrelsome.
i tell principal but she does not take my complaint seriously and tells me to take a transfer.
now what am i to do?please dont suggest me a transfer.
