I filed petition on my wife for creulty 13(1)(ia) as she is trying to separate me from my parents.
I can prove via a recording as she is accepting her mistake that she is telling to separate.
My wife now want to come back, but i m not ready to take, as i m afraid that she will put all of us behind bars in fake cases.
What if my petition get dismissed & court think this is not creulty?

Respected Ld. Members:
I just like to know whether it is mandatory to notify SARA authorities in case of an adoption where the adoptive parents and the natural parents are from different states (in India). The child to be adopted is an infant of 4 months. Besides the Adoption Deed, whether the following documents are necessary:
1.Marriage Certificate of adoptive parents.
2.Birth certificate of adoptive parents.
3.Income Certificate/tax returns/property statement of adoptive parents
4.Infertility report/medical report of the couple’s prospects for having biological children.
5.Reference letters recommending the couple for adoption.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am from Tamilnadu, Hindu family (Thiruvallur District):
My inherited grandfather’s land partition was held in year 1984 with my father and his brother also my only brother (deed with 3 persons), when I was 6 year old only minor daughter and my brother also 3 year old minor. But my brother name only mentioned in the deed without my name also my father singed himself and behalf for his minor son (3 year old). I was married in the year 1998. Can I claim equal share same as my father and my brother in this land as per Hindu amendment law 2005? Hence, I kindly ask you give me advice to claim my share.
Thanks,
Sujatha

Recently Gram panchyat also built a new street in that area and allocted a two new mini sumercible tubell in the street.

Dear Sir,
Company has purchased an agriculture land in Gujarat for bonafide industrial use. Company has also applied for NA Permission as per Section 63AA of Gujarat Tenancy Act.
Point is said agriculture land, which is being purchased for bonafide industrial use is actually land as per Section 43 of Mumbai Tenancy and Agriculture Land Act, 1948 and is restricted for sale as per section 43 of Bombay Tenancy and Agriculture Land Act, 1948. Section 43 says said land cannot be transferred without prior permission of Collector. Contrary to that Section 63 1-A of the Bombay Tenancy and Agriculture Land Act, 1948 and Section 63AA of Gujarat Tenancy Act says agriculture land can be sold to non-agriculturist for bonafide industrial use without prior permission of Collector.
Now, my question is whether the Company has purchased land in legal manner? Or Company is in default of Section 43? During NA Process the said query is raised.
Please reply with any judgment or with your expert view.. I will put your suggestion before Collector so that I can get NA Permission.
Revenue officials assigned government land to freedom fighters against the law and regulations and falsified and forged the revenue records causing a great loss to the government and to also to the poor people who are allotted the same piece of land earlier. I am also one of the land less poor assignees.
How can I file a PIL. I am ppoor.
Givr me your valuable advice.
