My grandfather purchased a property comprising 10 kottahs of land and a house on the central portion of the plot. After my grandfather's death, the property mutation was done in name of my grandmother,father,3 uncles and 1 married aunt(who is issueless and resides in our house with her husband).
When the property was bought,the house was already old then and now its 107 years old and exgremely wretched,to the extent that it has become inhabitable. We therefore want to construct a new house within the fair share that ee deserve, but my aunt is determined that she wont allow us. We then wanted to get a partition but she is AGAINST partition too. Sir we firmly believe that she has equal rights over the property and have no problems with her enjoying the same. But can her ' right' be the cause of our suffering? Just because she doesnot want us to build a house or partition the property,can we do nothing ?? Please help.

Dear Experts, Thanks for your valuable guidance. Ms.498A has also never consummated the marriage & had also done mental cruelties....NCR filed at nearest Police Stn &...Divorce Petition filed by me on grounds of physical & mental cruelties....I also have Sms sent by her admiiting her culprit.....Now she filed false 498A complaint in CAW..how much my divorce proceedings be affected by her false complaint....nd how to proceed to prove her complaint as false in court & take divorce from this girl???

Sir, If FDA authority seized goods without any showcause notice or even without disclosing reasons for the seizure, can we file a FIR with Local Police against such action or else only remedy available to us is to get suitable direction from Hogh Court by way of filing a Writ Petition..

I own a plot of land in Assam measuring 1 Katha.
I recently came to know unofficially through the Mandal that the plot of land that i possess is not the plot of land that i own and the plot of land i own is actually under somebody else's possession.
What steps should i take if the possessor of my plot has occupied my plot unknowingly and what steps should i take if he has occupied it intentionally and is not willing to leave.
He has recently filled up the plot and raised his boundary walls.

dear sir,
i have filed a 498 a complain against my husband and in laws. because they were mentally tourturing me to follow blind beliefs and i denied for that. so, my husband and all started addressing me as bala and panoti for the home. i tolerated it for 1 and half year now it was hard to tolarate it further. so, i raised my voice against that bawa. so, they decided to kik me out from the home. even further i tolerated because i love my husband. now, he too started hitting me and bitting me and forced me to follow bawa. i denied for it. so, my in laws started tourturing me and ask my husband to bit me and he follow the same. even further since last 4 months my mother in law stopped my husband to enter my bed room even at night. so, i felt fustrated but no one listen to me. so, i filled 498 against them.
i want to know what further i can do to teach them a lesson.
can i have a50% right over their property?
how can i gather information about bawa that he making fool to people?
kindly suggest me something.

I filed complaint with GRP Railways - Raigada (Odissa) last year for theft of my suitcase and belongings while travelling from Visakhapatnam to nagpur. Now I have received a notice to appear on 3rd july 2014 in court and give my evidence or if I fail to appear then a arrest warrant will be issued against me.
I am the plaintiff in the case. I am seeking justice. So, how can an arrest warrant be issued against me and for what wrong.
At present, I am not financially and otherwise in a position to go through the hardship of going to Raigada which is hundreds of miles away from where I reside, to attend numerous times.
I just want to withdraw my case. I do not wish to seek any justice, claims or compensation now because I can't afford to travel and spend any more penny in this case. What I have lost financially is lost .
Kindly advise me.

I would like to know whether two persons can execute a single will deed.
1. For Example A wife and Husband who are the joint owners of a property can bequeath the property together by executing a single will deed?
2. If Husband wife and Son are the joint owners of a property, then Husband and wife can execute a Single will deed with respect to their share in favour of their son?

Dispute within brothers
Hi Experts,
Since the death of my father, i have been helping my mother, brothers and sister as i am the 2nd eldest brother. I have spent money for 3 of my sisters' marriages, spent for their education, cleared all loan which my father had,spent for borewell, constructed house, purchased cows (for business), bullock cart, etc..... However, my brothers do not show respect to me nor to my mother and thrown my mother out of the house. As i am facing serious financial issues, i would like to claim some amount from my brothers or at-least some additional share from undivided property. On what circumstances/ways i can claim it my filing a petition in court.?
