Respected Experts,
If a person reports about a crime to administration/police but neither he is an affected party nor anybody else comes up as victim to pursue the matter, in this situation can criminal proceedings sustain or it can be cancelled even if there is strong documentary proof of crime.
Your valuable advise is solicited.

Dear Sir,
With reference the above subject,I having 2BHK Flat is bhopal We
have made the sell agreement with my own brother & due to blood
relation Bank are not ready to financing the loan to my
brother.Hence i have help the same.Now the details is as below:-
Property Cost :9Lakh
Advance :3.5Lakh
Balance 5.5Lakh through EMI :8500.00p/m
Now from June-13 to till they are paying the EMI of Rs 8500.0 As per check up the agreement there is no time limit of Payment EMI and when the payment will be cleared are not
indicated or neither interest rates shown,and but it is clear show whenever
the payment will be completed that time the property will be
register to Buyer Name. Hence till the property are unregistered .
Now due to Non availability of time limit , No dead line,No remark on interest rates on agreement paper
Now yet the property are not register and this due to uncertain agreement finally i want to cancelled this sell agreement.and same whatever i have received same will be return to him.
Request Please elaborate our rights Pl advice & revert by corrective action so as to cancelled this agreement as soon as-earliest

I have been married for 18 years and have a son of 14 years of age,giving School Final in 2015.
I am 47 years old want to lead normal life like other but my only bother in law is a govt service holder and gives them money now and then and he ( my brother in law ) does not want to get married , now he is 39 years old. Once my wife goes to her fother's in law's house, she does not come back in a normal manner.
My brother in law neither to get married nor giving peaceful relation. He wants to keep his sister in his house also with my son.
I am limited earned person, unable to expense a lot like my brother in law.I also love my family.
I am facing a lot problem since long.
Please advise what to do.

Sir,
I was working in Delhi Transco Ltd. from 5th Jan 2004 to 27th July 2012 as Assistant Manager and resigned as Manager. As per Gratuity Act I applied for Gratuity Payment but they refused on the ground that As per CCS Rule I am not eligible for Gratuity. Details is attached for information please. I went to Labour Commissioner Pusa Road ,Delhi as per Gratuity Act But nothing is happening. Need Your advice whether I am eligible for Gratuity Payment as per my attached letter. If Yes, where should I approach now. Thanks in Advance

Sir,
In 498A case there are two sets of PWs One set (5 PW lady, father, uncles of lady) say the lady was beaten,tortured & dowry was demanded & lot of grab.
Another set of PWs(5 PW two friends of accused, two neighbors of accused & uncle of accused)say she was never beaten are demanded anything.
So what will be the fate of such case.

We sold our ancestral inherited property for Rs 15360000/-.For three of us the share came as 5120000/-. We are put up in different cities and are not in talking terms. The problem is that I will be investing my long term capital gain in capital gain account but what if they don’t do so. Although in the sale agreement pan nos. and names of all three of us are written and it is also mentioned that the amount is divided in three of us with the details of D.D. Nos. given to us at the time of selling.
Can I go forward with my investment calculating the long term capital gain tax for my amount i.e. Rs 5120000/-?
Please guide me asap.
