Dear Sir/Madam,
I am from, Thiruvallur District, Tamilnadu- Hindu family:
My inherited grandfather’s land (ancestral property) partition was held in year 1984 with my father and his brother also my only brother (deed with 3 persons), when I was 6 year old only minor daughter and my brother also 3 year old minor. But my brother name only mentioned in the deed without my name also my father singed himself and behalf for his minor son (3 year old). I was married in the year 1998. My brother has 33 years old major now, but he still not claim or divide (separate) his portion in this land. I checked records in V.A.Office and Taluk Office computer chitta, still my father named only record. So, can I claim equal share (same as my father and my brother also me) in this land as per Hindu amendment law 2005? Hence, I kindly ask you give me your valuable advice to claim my share in this land.

When can an application for bail be filed afresh after rejection, and whether it can be filed before the same court or before a higher court.
Whether bail application is filed in a higher court in appeal or as a fresh application.

Dear Sir\Madam,
I had got an offer of employement from capgemini india with base location as Mumbai on 20 May 2014, so put my resignation in current organisation and serving the notice period. suddenly one day in mid of Jun 2014 HR called me to relocate to Hyderabad stating that project had moved to Hyderabad so you have to relocate to Hyderabad. I begged her stating about my sick parents condition and family reasons I cannot move to Hyderabad,but she threatened to me that she will withdraw an offer and told me rollback my resignation in current organization. Before giving me an offer she has not intimated me about the relocation. suddenly on 17 june 2014 she called on 5.25 that she has given enough time to think, within half an hour u have to send mail stating that I will be going to banglore, I argued with her on phone but she did not listen to me and sent an mail of dropping an offer. this is injustice happened to me because of offer I resigned , now I have many liabilities on me as I am family person , entire responsibilities are there which can not be served being a jobless , Can anybody help me to file the complaint against the company.

My company harassment to me for my payment & clearance matter. I work in Agile Security Force & Systems Pvt. Led. Branch Address - Agile Security Force & Systems Pvt. Ltd. Kolkata, West Bengal, as a Area Officer . I submit resignation & companies relevant documents to all my office seniors. They are accepted all documents. I have all received copy above the same. But they are continuing show many type of excuse & harassment to me for my payment & clearance issues. They show busy, out of state or not phone call receives. I am continue reminding process by mail or physically present. But they are continue ignore me. I have Offer letter & received testimonial various copies. Please suggest, what is the legal process & how to achieve & solve my problem.

Whether there is any requirement of deposit of fees for appointment/re-appointment of independent directors?They are recommended by the Bods and not any intending director/member.

I have 2 sites in a Taluk headquarters (Karnataka) and the local authority there in has illegally trespassed over my property and build open drainage right in the middle and I make many applications seeking shifting of drainage but local government authority is yet all listening to me, I filed an application under RTI seeking information relating to the land acquisition procedure followed by them, in reply to that they admitted that they not yet acquired the land/property and they have not followed any procedure prescribed by the land acquisition act and they are took up the drainage work in order to help the general public at large.
My queries are as follows,
1. Where do I file suit (District Court/HC etc)
2. What are the relief I can claim
3. Shall I eligible to get damages

Hi Sir, Good Morning ! We were living at small home 12 ankhanas & now it not there. and i made it as a plain land & sold it around 2 years ago to one of my relatives. But, seriously,i am not able to sleep because of my Home ( the sold Land ). As it was compulsion at that time, i had sold it. But, my family is suffering a lot for it. Because i lost my father , when i was 1 year boy. And, only the Hose was left by my father.But, i sold it because of major financial problems. Now, i want to get it back at any cost ( am getting mad by thinking about it ). If the party asks us to pay the market value for the land, i will try to do that by any cost. It was sold for 4 lacks at that time. Please help me by considering all the family, Human values and the relationship etc. Thank you Sir,

My bro 's wife had disputes and due to ego she left the house, and one day she invited my parents from hyd to banglore for settlement with her unemployed dad & uncles and try to extort 7 lakhs by showing that they will file 498 cases etc, my brother signed the checks and gave, as he along with my parents got very scared, but then we told him to hold the payment, and this madam went to police station and filed 498 a and DV case, which is going on, and causing lot of pain, my question as I am very frustrated by seeing my old parents suffer like, I want to file the Money exortion and elderly abuse case on them.
Can anyone please tell me the cost to do it, and how strong this case will be, we have the proof that she went to bank and encash the cheque. I definitely want her parents to go around the courts 10 time of what she is doing my parents. What all cases can I file on her family, is there any which protect, elders you are diabetic and very old , without any criminal records , how can we not protect this old generation, who did sweat so much to build this country, before IT came, every rupee was so hard to earn.
My bro 's ex is working in IT company , who has 2 unmarried sisters, and her main motto was to extract money from this relation. As my brotheris the only son.
Pl let me know, if we can sue them for defamation/extortion and elderly abuse , I want to drag to court for true cases, unlike her , they did do physical as well as verbal abuse with my Dad and mom.

Private bank not returning the plot original documents even after clearing all dues

I have taken loan from DHFL to purchase a plot in the year 2013 and I have intimated 15 days before to close my loan in the year May, 2014 and paid all loan clearing dues. But DHFL not handover my orignial documents as they said that it will take another 15 days to handover the documents to me but already 13 days completed I have cleared my loan dues. To day I have called to the DHFL office and asked about my documents status, as they are informing that the concerned employee on leave it may take few more days. Now I need the documents very urgently to apply construction loan at another Public sector banks. Please advise how to approach and help me inthis regard.
