I am Amani(Hindu),I got married to a person in the year 1987 and he is central government employee(Hindu) and I am 2nd wife to him and I have marriage certificates but he didn't take diverse from 1st wife. she had only one son and in the year 2005 she died.my husband is alive and he was retired in the year 2007.now first wife son is working and he is no more dependent on his father.so am I eligible for family pension?
Sir. We are sunnihanafi family..in our family our grandmother was survived by only 2 daughters and her only son had predeceased her leaving behind a son and a daughter. The 2 daughters filed a declaratory suit against predeceased sons children seeking declaration that only 2 daughters are entitled to inherit the left over property of their mother, but court dismissed suit saying 2 daughters are entitled for 2/3rd share only rest 1/3rd will go to residuaries in this case predeceased son and daughter... hence we filed a new partition suit for seperate possesion of our 2/3 share in left over properties of our mother which are in joint possession with predeceased sons children.. Question: Whether filing a partition suit after the dismissal of declaratory suit seeking seperate possession of 2/3rd share of 2 daughters amounts to Resjudicata ?

Sir,
I have been bailed out for Rs. 30,000/- and next day paid 50,000/- for getting the connection back. I am using Solar Power for my other needs and only a FAN, TV and 4 feet refrigerator is connect to electricity.
I have never been given even a day to pay the fine as I was out and landed in Mumbai at 2030 hrs after which there was an immediate arrest.
Is this what you called law?
As per Electricity Act 2003, they should charged me max for 12 months (I don't know on what basis) and a compounding of 4000/- for residential purpose. Moreover in last 25 years we have consumed only 26,644 units till date and the BEST is has filed a complaint for the theft of 8,642 units, this is insane.
Tomorrow they can suspect any thing. I don't think so this is lawful.
Please Reply
1. Was it lawful to file an FIR and arrest me for the crime I have not done without giving me any opportunity to pay their desired charges.
2. What should be the charges I have to pay, can my bills for last 12 months or next 12 months be referred.
3. Was their entering my house without lady police correct?
4. How do I fight back.
FYI I am a scientist Ph.D not Doctor of Medicine.
I hope you understand my points so please reply them separately.
Thanking you once again for you valuable support
regards,
Dr. Asgar

I have purchased a flat under sra free sale component which is still under construction.
The resident of the chawl had sold her rights to the flat to the builder constructing it, who in turn sold to a man M from whom i have purchased it (i still have to pay some balance).
This man M said earlier that there is no need to pay stamp duty/registration as it is still under construction. When I asked a lawyer he said the same but i will have to pay stamp duty/registration when the society is formed.
Pls guide me.
Thanks
