HI EXPERTS
I HAVE VERY COMPLICATED QUERY.....
i applied for my passport under tatkal and got the same with in few days with post pv.
when pv was done it was found i have a pending case against me.
(i really didn't know about the pending case, as it was 4 years old.....or to the people who do not believe me....they can consider as i forgot about the case)
and hence my pv was adverse.
query 1.
if i get 1 year short term permission from the court, do i need to return this passport and get a new one with 1 year validity or this passport will remain and i will get 1 year permission to hold the same passport.
query 2.
how do i contact psk as there is no communication after pv?
query 3.
will passport office will fine me because i didn't mention the case against me?
(which was unknown to me as well)
query 4.
in prevailing circumstances m i allowed to travel outside india?
query 5.
if i get the case quashed through high court, what should be procedure regarding passport verification???

in the agreement sale it is clause made that the vendor agree to give possession of the said gala to the purchaser on or before November,2013,but till now they have not given the possession of the same.please advise what should i do?

I am staying in New Delhi. Our landlord is increasing house rent in every year. We staying at this house since May 2010. That time house rent was 7300/-. Now the rent amount we are paying Rs. 9500/-. He never give us REnt Agreement. When we asked for that, he denied. Even he is list bothered if there is any issue (regarding maintenance) at that house. We are paying the rent in cash as he is not ready to accept Bank cheque. There is no paint done at this house though he promised to do the same after 3 yrs. Now again he is asking to increase the rent. Even he is disagree to pay the repairing charge of the electric pump cost Rs. 3500/-. What should we do?

For the A.Y 2013-14 I have deposited some self assessment tax (on the accrued bank interest) in SBI on 1.7.2013 and 16.7.2013. The tax has bee deposited in Major Head (0024),Minor Head Self Assessment Tax (300). Is it wrong head? What are the correct Major and Minor Heads? What should I do to rectify this mistake as I have been intimated by IT Deptt that the tax deposited by me is unmatched Tax and I have to pay that amount again. Regards.

2003 me police me bharti nikli thi. jisme 01-01-2004 ko age 18-21 maangi thi. mai 20-07-2003 ko hi 21 years ka ho raha tha. isliye maine 8th class ki Fordge marksheet banwakar usme DOB kam karake RAC ki Bharti Dekhi. Jisme mera selection ho gaya. isi prakar ek dusre ladke ne bhi fordge marksheet banwakar usi jagah bharti dekhi aur uska bhi selection ho gaya. parntu T.C. and Marksheet banane wale ne dono marksheet par ek hi rollno & year de diya. police verification hone par T.C. ki verification to ho gai par Marksheet ki nahi ho paai. aur marksheet pakad me aa gai. iske baad police department ne puri verification ki aur unhone hamare origional documents prapta kar liye. jinme hamari DOB bhi thi evam hamne kaha-kaha se education prapta ki. sab kuchh. aur ham par & School director par 120B, 420, 467, 468, 471 par case darj kar diya.
Unhone marksheet ki FSL & School Director se sign ki FSL Karai jo mil gai. Hamari koi FSL nahi hui.
Ab koi esa tarika ho jisase hamara bachav ho sake. Kisi bhi Tarah.
Agar iske liye koi Badhiya Layer aap ki najar me ho to plz unka contact de de jisase me unse personally mil saku.

Father aged 85 years has 3 name , example Mr. A. B. C. Desa. . Birth certificate in Pune mentions it. DESA IS THE SURNAME.
Marriage not in civil court but religious certificate mentions A.B.C. DESA in mumbai
MOVED TO MUMBAI decades ago.from Pune .
He has been known as C DESA by all. In certain documents bank it's MR A. C. DESA. All due to convenience. He signs as AC DESA
3 children all married ,born in mumbai have the MR. C DESA ON the birth certificate. And mostly all other docs , passport etc same issue.
the middle name B was never used , I guess it was a long name nd he always grumbles about it.
There are no spelling mistakes in any name or surname recorded.
Its indeed a Herculean task to change all documents with all departments , Do we need to ...? If not What 1 document will suffice. Affidavit registered declaration.. And is it valid life long in case gov departments hav to ever ask for birth certificate etc proof should my father be no longer alive..

If some non joined five year integrated ll.b degree course and after completion of three years whether the university is bound to give graduation degree after completion of three years successfully.If yes with law point, Please.

Dear Sir,
Before the mediation cell, i clearly said that, i can not think anything in the bad circustances of fals allegation lying on me and my old age parent and also my life is in danger if i live with wife because she had already made arrangement of gunda on me and also to give poision and i have sufficient evidend recorded in my mobile and as lodged complaint in police station for her bad conduct.
sir, when wife went back to her parent home from mediation center of high court then she and her parent instructed my children and called from land line on my mobile. my children said me on telephone using wrong word.
my query : as i recorded the talk on mobile as my seven years child said me as per instruction of wife n her loved ones. sir, advice what to do as wife is making worse of my child's future . can i file a petition before the court of laws to seperate my children and i will bear all expences to admit in a good shool and other expences.
please advice imeediately.

I entered into an agreement to sell to purchased the property for Rs 4 Lacs. Later the matter was compromised orally and the agreement was cancelled and the seller agreed to refund the amount of Rs 2.5 lacs ie Rs one lac as earnest money and 1.5 lac as damages and gave the cheque of Rs 2.5 lacs. The cheque was bounced.My query is
1. Whether the case is made out.
2. Whether this amount is legally enforceable debt or not.
3. Whether i can file both the cases ie of Specific Performance s well as under NI act
